Love this fountain! I had a nice metal waterfall fountain but after 2 years it rusted and leaked and had to throw it away. After much research I decided on this one as it is made out of resin and should hold up to hard water. It is a great size and has great lighting to it. Also love the flow of the water from bowl to bowl. The old waterfall fountain would splash all over it's base and if it wasn't perfectly level would get dry spots on the water wall. Pro Tip: This one fills from the back but if against a wall is hard to do so just fill it from the front of the bottom base which is easier.

Looks beautiful. Especially at night. Lights in each bowl and long curved one on back. Back one reflects off patio wall and pretty bright. Easy to assemble but had difficulty getting water hose from top bowl to the bottom housing where pump located. Kept kinking on curves on the way down. I wet the tubing and was able to push to get it down. Also had to twist when reaching curved parts. If that didn’t work I would have tried pulling hose in freezer to stiffen it up.

I have fountain together. The instruction booklet does not tell me how to put water in fountain. Also the transformer hangs outside the fountain and has a male plug on it with no instructions on what to plus it into. I loaded a video using QR in manual. I sent email to seller. No response.

I set this up today and so far so good, except the larger plug will not fit into my outdoor sockets. I need to get an outdoor extension plug to make the lights work. It’s not a very large fountain, but it does look pretty.
