There was no obvious damage to the outside packaging or even the internal packaging material but when I unpacked the content, one peice (item 12, the left side headboard door) had damage (see photo's) I conacted the seller and recieved a reply the very next day. They offered a replacement part or a $50.00 credit if I wished to keep the damaged part. I replied to their offer and chose a replacement part and declined the $50.00 credit. Again the seller prompty replied and told me they did not have any inventory of the replacement item. They offered me 2 choices. 1. If I was willing to wait 30-45 days they would send me a replacment and offered a $15.00 credit. 2. They would send me a whole new bed frame box, which I could un-pack, retrieve the piece I needed and provide me with a pre-paid shipping label to ship the remaining box back to them There are 2 boxes with a total wight of just over 200 poundd, so I chose option # 1 My response back to them was just sent less than 24 hours ago, but based upon how prompt they have been, I fully expect for them to confrim my wish to have a replacment sent. I'll update this review as thing progress and I hopefully get my replacment item but I think it is note worthy to let others know that this merchant seem to be going out of their way to honor their warranty and strive for customer satisfaction. Other than this one minor issue, the bed frame is very sturdy after assembly. I put it together by myself in about 6-7 hours. The instructions (pictures) are well done, I had no missing parts, and overall I am very pleased with my purchase. If anyone is in doubt, I can only say, make your purchase, it's doubtful you will be dissappointed Update Changing to 5 star, merchant has already issued the $15.00 credit as promised and shipped a replacment item #12 They also provided tracking info

I didn't expect anything spectacular from a cheap bedframe on Amazon. But I did expect their product to at least assemble the way their instructions illustrate it to. There's a LOT of holes drilled into the wrong side of the shelves, holes misaligned for the actual metal frame to attach to the wood veneer, the back panel is something between particle board and cardboard, 2 panels of it held together with colored duct tape that comes off very easily. The LED strip's adhesive side doesnt stick to anything, and some of the nuts built into the veneer to hold the bolts, fell right out. The screw locks also are not sitting evenly and flat in the boards, they also come undone and fall out very easily. I spent a good 8hrs over night on this thing, called support first thing in the morning to be told they can put in a request for me to receive replacement parts if i send them photos of the problem parts, once approved it would ship in 3-5 business days, standard shipping...so about 2-3 weeks depending how long it takes the request to be approved. This is a BED. I had to move my bed and old bedframe to get started on this one. Im not waiting 2 or 3 weeks to hopefully get the right stuff. I'm going to home depot and getting whatever I can to fix this poorly made thing. I've bought better wood veneer products at Walmart. Buyer beware.

We absolutely LOVEEEEE this bed frame!! It did take some time to put together but the directions were clear and easy to follow. I love the storage drawers and the shelves on the headboard give me a lot more space in my room
