I can't say enough how impressed I am with both product and seller. Purchasing an expensive item like this from Amazon can be nerve-wracking but the product design and presentation are extremely polished and professional. First of all, I was incredibly nervous about the condition of the product based on how beat up the box had gotten during shipping. I was impressed that not a single glass piece was broken as this was very well-packed! Each glass piece is slightly different than the last, and the product ships with four extra glass pieces in case one is broken or not to your liking. The chandelier rods that ship with the chandelier lend a nice finished touch to the product. As shown, we have a slanted ceiling so were able to use the supplied different lengths to get a chandelier that was perfectly level. The instructions are not incredibly detailed but they are complete and accurate. There are a couple design choices that lend to a secure product. For instance, the mounting crossbar (which holds the top of the chandelier faceplate firmly against the ceiling) comes with several additional drywall mounts for additional security. USA code states that a chandelier overhead fixture *should* support 50 lbs and this clocks in around 30 lbs, but having some additional points of security is very reassuring. The instructions provide the preferred method for getting in touch with the seller. They were extremely responsive and helpful with providing additional information and services for us to complete our job! ... show more

They are very pretty and easy to install, but very tricky to get them to hang straight. Weight of the glass makes them unbalanced sometimes.

These are very pretty. The metal is well-made and the glass panels are thick and pretty. That said, many are slightly bent or bowed, and it's visible when they're hung. The light is very tedious to put together. Rigging a box to support the frame as you thread the glass on tiny screws and spin tiny caps on them helps (fyi, somehow they loosen even after being tightened while hanging); otherwise, it's difficult to put them on securely unless you do so while it's hanging up. Adding the glass panels while the light is hanging would be very frustrating. And the lights twist once they're up. We cannot get them to hang straight (3 in a row, so it's a problem). I'd have returned them but couldn't get them hung until after the return date. So we're stuck trying every way possible to straighten them out and hide the bent panels until we find replacements. That said, they are really pretty, and if things being slightly off don't bother you, you'll probably like them. ... show more
