I purchased 3 of these fixtures in 2021. Have been happy so far until 1 of the fixtures is no longer bright. Only has a quarter of the brightness. The listing says it has a 5 year manufacturer warranty-but I can not find any way to email the manufacturer or to even ask a question....any ideas?

The fixture replaces an old fashioned 6 lamp chandelier with 6 bulbs. That old fixture hung on a chain about 3 feet from the ceiling, breaking up the room visually. Selected this flush mount fixture to open up the room visually. At about 2 1/2" thick, it did just that. It is attractive and bright enough for the 10' x 13' room it illuminates. The color temperature of the built-in LEDs is 4000K, so more or less white -- see picture. One issue with the fixture is the mounting bar that is in the box. The fixture is heavy enough that it causes the mounting bar to sag (deflect) at the ends and there is an approximate 1/4" gap between the top of the fixture and ceiling -- see picture. The electrical box is flush with the ceiling, so that is not the issue. The manufacturer should produce a more substantial mounting bar that does not flex/deflect. My fix will be to install two drywall screws, one near each end of the mounting bar, to pull the fixture flush with the ceiling. ... show more

I’m obsessed. I got two for my hallway, which is otherwise kinda dark. These are SO bright it’s now a museum and demands the walls be filled with art. Lol The LED is so so bright white, you’ll definitely want to have a dimmer switch. If you’re used to the yellowish cast of normal lights, be prepared for the bright clean white of the moon in your room. The light fixture is absolutely beautiful and really jazzed up a boring hallway. Whether it’s on or off it’s really pretty and makes my home feel leveled up. And honestly the price was fantastic! Quality disgusted can be so expensive and these were very reasonable, especially for the quality. It sparkles a tad and casts a slight pattern which I quite like but I’ve seen other reviews who don’t. I’m so glad I took the chance on these! ... show more

It is gorgeous. I can't get a picture of the sparkle without darkening it. It sparkles brilliantly. For my daughters birthday I wanted to get her something sparkly, but her room is small, so it had to be a fairly small piece. This is perfect. Would also be great for hallways. I docked a point because some of the side crystals were sticky from glue and I had to clean, also they are poorly glued. I happen to have uv cured resin that I used to glue a few that were loose. Do not put any pressure on the side unless you are prepared to fix it, it really should be better glued. The diagram is not easy to figure out, but if you can figure that out, it connects like any other light fixture. So worth the trouble and having to fix it. ... show more
