product as described but delivered late, product is super low on floor. basically do not buy if you have bad knees or arthritis. you will never get that low getting in and out of the bed without hurting something. barely 12inches off floor. and that to top of mattress, not the frame. even my son says its cool looking but way to low even for him. ... show more

My grandson will be moving in with me due to living conditions he is now in. I asked him to pick out a bed and a few things to get ready for his move in. I was skeptical about this bed but wanted him to pick something that was just his so I said ok. I will admit, set up was not that easy but I also did it on my own so probably my fault lol. After reading several reviews I went with a Novilla 10" memory gel mattress which fits perfectly (I wouldn't go any larger or with an un-flexible mattress). The bed does sit low to the floor which is perfect for my grandson but if you would like a higher bed, just purchase some lifters (not expensive at all). All parts came as noted but instructions were a bit 'vague'. However, if a 60 year old woman could figure it out, anyone can! There was an issue with the led remote which I received replacement for within 5 days which is unheard of.......KUDOS!. I would recommend tucking the remote receptor through back of bed so that the very end peeks through, you have a better signal that way, just make sure you bring it up through an area that is not going to be rubbed against. I found just inside the light frame is perfect. I would highly recommend this bed to anyone! ... show more
