I have been very pleased with this product. The company makes two collections (this one - Pheonix) which is the black/grey wicker and Modern which is the espresso-brown wicker. The company has been fantastic. They have a modern and informative web site and their customer service was extremely prompt, very knowledgeable, and thorough when I called them directly. I ordered the red-cushion set but it came in as light grey. They called me and indicated that they could either ship out just the red cushion covers (and keep the grey ones complimentary) or return the whole set (pre-paid label from them) and they would ship the correct set. You can also get all individual parts and also expand the system with a-la carte pieces (corner chairs, middle chairs, tables, ice bucket, and the fire pit). The material feels solid, the cushions, while not super-cushy, do provide a lot of support. The installation was a breeze. The wicker parts screw together with all the same washers and bolts with an allen wrench (they provide). I ordered the cover from the company's web site along with an extra table. The fire pit seems like really good quality. A standard propane tank fits inside the table and even has a long hose should you want to relocate the propane tank externally. I love things that are well thought out and this fits the bill. Overall, I am extremely happy.

The quality of the sectional was really nice and sturdy. We had an issue with tabletop being damaged in shipping (not companies fault) and the color of the pads was not exactly what I had hoped for. They were extremely fast in responding and went above and beyond to make sure my replacement covers would match what I needed! I would highly recommend purchasing from this company because of the customer service and product quality and price. Its nice to shop with an online company that treats you like a real customer not a number! We will definitely shop with them again and tell our friends!

It was exactly what I expected it to be. Originally was sent beige fabric and received white, but the seller had already caught the error and sent me the beige covers for free, now I have a clean set to use when washing the other covers.

Product was as described. The only thing we added was clear door bumpers to the bottom of the feet to avoid sliding on the composite deck. The cushions do slide a little when repositioning yourself on the seat but honestly, that happens with most deck furniture. We were missing the ignitor switch for the fireplace so I contacted the seller and we they shipped the part immediately. We are very pleased with this product.

Very simple to assemble, about 30 minutes to complete. One piece of the glass came cracked, contacted Modenzi and they will be shipping me another piece. The couch is very comfortable. The cushions do easily slide a little when moving around. Overall, very pleased with the look, sturdiness and how comfortable it is.
