Got these to help with Garage Spring Cleaning to replace single 1500 lumen bulbs. At roughly 6 times the lumens (1500 vs 10,000) I expected 6 times the brightness. I suspect that the two lights in the package = 10,000 lumens, or 5000 each. That being said, as I read the description closer I see 100 watt equivalent, which is closer to 1500-1600 lumens. These do have a pleasing White Light, and the ability to aim and bounce the light as needed is great. In the attached pictures, the easiest way to tell the difference between the old and new light is by looking at the blue jacket hanging in the back - the new light illuminates the jacket very well, but the overall impact to the garage is somewhat minimal. Regardless, these seem to be well built and are easy to install if you already have a downward pointing light socket/lamp holder....they include plastic lamp holders in you don't. I hooked 2 of these up to replace 4 hanging lights. These should have been 200 watts total vs the others 168 watts total. These lights were significantly dimmer so I plugged them into a Killawatt to figure out what the power was. 30 watts. Not 100 as stated. Returning.

The 2 pack 10,000LM light was a very welcome surprise. I had previously purchased a single pack with only 4 wings of light but this unit had 5 adjustable wings of light plus a center pack of lighting, which made it even better than the 4 winged light. Also this light was approximately 25 % less in price than the other. What also came with the 2 pack 10,000 LM light was two light socket that you could put up by using an extension cord and a little electrical work by cutting the extension cord and attaching it to the light sockets that were sent along with the pack and plug it into a near wall outlet and thus fill a relatively large room with adequate lighting. These units provide a whiter, more directional light over a standard high wattage incandescent bulb, without the intense heat. Since the light is directional, it is necessary to tinker around to get the best light pattern and eliminate shadows. I was exited to try these lights, I work on my cars quite often in my garage and find the standard lighting to be sub par, . these light helped out so much that in some cases I dont need extra lighting, wont need extra lighting when I replace all of the lights in my garage with these. super fast shipping. Purchased a different brand twice before for garage and storage room. Loved them, but these are definitely better, brighter. Previous owner had old bulbs which did not brighten up garage, storage rooms. Changed them after 4 years, lol and love these. These lights made relamping my shop a piece of cake! No rewiring required....just screw them in to an existing socket and you instantly have bright, adjustable, cost effective, easy to install lighting! I intend to relamp my entire shop with these!

I had purchased some lights similar to these but they did not put out much light. I returned them and tried these lights. Very pleased. The light output is great. I can now use my garage as a work space. I also like that they sent 2 bases that I could hard wire if needed.
