I’ve had this hair removal device for a while but didn’t open it until today. I finally tried it and honestly, it felt super comfortable—no pain or irritation at all. The ice-cooling feature is AMAZING! I’ve used other IPL devices before and my skin would always feel kind of hot or stingy afterwards, but this one didn’t give me any burning feeling at all. Maybe it’s because it’s my first time using it, but my skin felt totally fine after. Really excited to see the results over time!

This device is simple to use and comfortable to hold. It has multiple intensity levels, which makes it easy to start gently and adjust as needed. The flashes are quick and the device feels warm but not painful. It’s convenient to use at home and fits well into a regular routine.

This thing stopped working after the second use. I am trying to contact help support and reached nothing. Do not buy this product it worker good the first two times but it just stopped for no reason and i have tried everything to make it work and it didnt

I’ve tried out several brands of IPL, but this one stands out as my favorite. It’s incredibly fast, with more flashes than others, which means it covers more area in less time. Additionally, the inclusion of two extra replacement heads is a great bonus.

This is my first time using something like this at home so I was not sure what to expect but overall this does seem to be reducing the hair growth in the areas I have targeted. This has a lot of nice features like the adjustable strength and the cooling which is great to have. This feels well made and nothing about it feels cheap. I wouldn't say it hurts but there is absolutely a feeling to it when you use it. I don't know how many treatments it would take to be completely hairless but IMO there is clearly a reduction in the hair so I feel like its working pretty well.

When compared to other IPL hair removal devices this has less power output. This device has a maximum power output of 17 joules whereas other IPL devices for half the price have more than 20 joules of power. I appreciate that this has a digital screen for power level indication, number of flashes, ice cooling mode indication, and auto mode indication. The handle makes holding this much easier than other brands without. Many other models have a setting for different areas on the body while this has removable filters.

So far I have used it in 2 different areas and I can see I did the right choice by choosing this device, there are so many out there but few to be trusted, it comes with different faces to change accordingly to the area you’re treating. It’s light, and with lots of if information to help you not to get burned . Mostly with heat levels you can start with the minimum and gradually increase it. I like it and recommend it!
