Now I am used to this treatment I can do it twice every week. My skin looks less dull and feels plumper and more defined. In my opinion as we get older, normal skin-care products are not enough to make a big difference with wrinkles and sagged skin. This device intended for home use is as powerful as those you will find in a beauty salon or doctor’s office. Overall this skin care device is a good option for me. Now I am a huge fan and love the way my skin looks, specially it’s clarity. I can do feel that skin is a bit thicker and the pores smaller. Don't. Just don't. It is a total waste of money. One of the heads doesn't heat up and tried to contact company when I first purchased it and they never responded.

I previously rated this item with 1 STAR, due to the poor condition of the item being shipped to me in such a poor condition. After posting my review, a rep from the company reached out to me to fix the situation, and so that I maybe able to experience its full benefits and quality. I appreciate that there is someone that manage this issues and that they are responsive. After being sent a new and complimentary unit, I can tell that the item met my standards and expectations. Unfortunately, was not able to post the newer photos due to incompatibility amazon dont allow .HEIC and just .JPEG *****Initial Response***** 1 STAR What I disliked about this is that I recieved an item that is evidently showing that the product was used and returned by another customer, and poorly repacked. There are signs of it being wiped with wet cloth if you look closely it left marks on the item, no guide book included and comparing to the photo posted by another customer theirs are securely sealed and mine came in just like this. And there where hair inside the box. Someone used this for a certain period and returned. Poorly handled on their side, expecting to pay for the price for a brand new item and not a hand me down.

Bought this for my wife, in a month's time she started noticing difference in skin tone, which became more even, deeper wrinkles are getting less noticeable, in whole she's happy with the product. First one I bought stopped working for whatever reasons, I contacted their custom services and pretty soon (considering it was around Christmas time) I got my replacement that works perfect.

So I bought MLAY a few months ago and saw a difference in how firm and tight my skin is within the FIRST week. Improvements within a month are even more noticeable, and by the time the second month rolls around, your face will look YEARS younger if you use it for 20 minutes two times a week. After six months of frequent use, I can fully testify to MLAY's greatness. The cherry on the top is the fact that the company's year long warranty is completely dependable. I was very worried when the product needed to be repaired, so it was a huge relief when, after I contacted the company, I received a replacement for my MLAY within 2 days. MLAY is a useful tool that can save you hundreds, if not thousands of dollars in terms of facial care, if you can establish a good routine with it.
