I strongly recommend that buyers think carefully before purchasing this product. The item arrived with a severely damaged outer box. The mattress packaging inside was torn, causing the mattress to expand and deform the carton. Once opened, it was impossible to repack the product into its original packaging. The bed itself had multiple manufacturing defects. Required mounting hardware was missing, and after installing the screw on one side, the holes on the opposite side did not align, making it impossible to install the remaining screw. As a result, the bed could not be assembled or used safely. Another concern is that neither the outer packaging nor the instruction manual contained any seller name, brand, logo, or trademark. Everything appeared generic, making it impossible to identify the actual manufacturer or brand. The biggest issue was the return process. Because the item arrived defective, Amazon Customer Service instructed the seller to provide a prepaid return shipping label. The seller declined. I was then instructed to return the item at my own expense and was informed that return shipping for defective items would be reimbursed after delivery if I submitted the official shipping receipt. I followed every instruction exactly. This item measures approximately 50” × 50” × 15” and weighs about 80 lbs, making it extremely expensive to ship. I paid $727.16 out of pocket to return a product worth only about $300, submitted the official UPS shipping receipt and tracking information as instructed, and complied with every requirement. Despite following all of the instructions provided to me, my reimbursement request for the return shipping cost was denied. For large and heavy items like this, buyers should carefully consider the potential return cost before purchasing. If the product arrives defective, the cost of returning it can exceed the value of the product itself. I Gabe this product a 4 because it was missing a couple of pieces making it flimsy and unable to operate . I am not using it as a tollway bed but I used the bedframes on my current T twin bed making it more steady .

Very functional BUT it really needs a mattress topper of 3” or so. Convenience of being a roll away leaves it lacking in mattress comfort without a topper.
