The bunk bed looks decent once assembled, but the installation process was much more difficult and time-consuming than expected. It took about 3 hours to put together, and one of the parts broke during the final stage of assembly. I contacted the manufacturer through their support phone number and submitted an online contact request, but I have not received any response regarding a replacement part. I'm keeping the bed because of the amount of time already invested in assembly, but the experience was frustrating. If customer support had responded and helped with the replacement part, my rating would have been higher. Be prepared for a lengthy assembly process and potential difficulty getting support if an issue arises. ... show more

OMG, so sturdy! And it came with something to mount on the wall. I just installed it in my short-term rental so I hope it holds up. It took my husband like 4 hours to put together, and he said that he paid attention to the other reviews that said to tighten in the order, and that helped! Very strong, durable and steady profuct. Really saves the extra space for a table and a bed. Height of the bed is also great, not too low or high. It was really easy to assemble without any help, just a suggestion to keep it on its back while assembling. Its a bit noisy while climbing up, which is expected from any of these products.
