Recently, I have ordered four of these throw pillow inserts in different sizes over the fast few weeks (2 18"x18", 1 12"x20", 1 18" x 22"). All of them have been well sewn, and perfect as throw pillow inserts. They arrive vacuum packed and flat. I have learned it is easiest to put one of these in my dryer, as directed. However, I do not have dryer balls, so I use two clean and dry bath towels and put those with the pillow insert and run the dryer for about 30 minutes at medium heat. It works like magic; these inserts puff up perfectly. After taking it out of the dryer, I may knead it at the corners to get the filling to the corners. In my opinion they are perfect for decorative throw pillows but they are bouncy. These are reasonably priced and perfect for my needs. I have been pleased with these. ... show more

I don't always read the instructions but this time I did. I put this in the dryer for about 5 minutes and the pillow is so fluffy and fit in cover nicely. Nice price too. I have never put them in the dryer which is on me. It worked out perfect for filling up the pillow cover, especially the corners.

I kept the pillow inserts because they are NOT fluffy even after two days. They are flat, but I use the pillows to put my supper on while watching TV so they work for me, but If you want fat pillows, these are not it.
