#1 you MUST FLUFF THE PILLOWS!! These pillows came vacuum sealed and when I broke the seal I was look like “what in the world” no way this flat thing will fluff up! After plenty of time to expand once opening these pillows are as thin as paper. Pillow covers just fold over with these in them. Has to be worse throw pillows I have ever seen. I didn’t read the reviews because the photos showed typical throw pillows, how hard is that? Well they found a way to make them junk, there inexpensive because they placed NO filling other then what you get from a dollar store cotton ball bag. Seriously save yourself some time with returning and buying again because these are going back and now to wait for the refund and buy all over again for something pretty simple, throw pillows. I am so sick of reading paid reviews to misslead and sell products like these. Pillows came vacuum packed. Directions say to fluff the pillows. No matter how much fluffing you do they barely fluff. Bought 18" pillow covers for them and they do not fill the pillow covers and look terrible on the couch. Put my head in one to take a nap and it compressed to barely even be noticeable. Amazon should start penalizing these companies for false advertising when products are returned and remove these misleading reviews to avoid pissing their customers off. ... show more

I am not paid or have any interest in this company. I am irritated at false reviews to create sales. I purchased these after I bought 'pillows' which turned out to be only pillow shells. These pillows inserts were vacuumed sealed and arrived as a small (notebook size) package. I opened them more than a month later waiting for a project completion with other items. These pillow inserts are soft, had no odor except a 'new pillow' smell (very nice), fit precisely. I am using these as a decorative pillow so density and durability do not apply. I read other reviews about density which did not deter me from my purchase. I would gladly recommend these inserts to fit precisely what I wanted the outcome to be. (I would not choose these for a sleeping pillow.) ... show more

Overall, I am happy with them. I'm using these for decoration on my couch and not necessarily for support. If you are looking for a pillow to provide support, look elsewhere - but if you are just looking for simple pillows to put pretty pillowcases over, these are great. Very flat when you first take them out, but they do fluff out. You just have to encourage them a little bit and give it a little bit of time. Mine took overnight to really take shape. ... show more

I was so excited to find a 4 pk of pillow inserts to match my purchase of pillow covers. The imag ewwwww s looked like they really fluffed up... and that is why only the 2 stars. They are decorative pillows so softness is ok. manufacturing seemed decent. They arrived in good time, in a vacuum sealed packed FLAT packaging. However even following the instructions for fluffing, and doing my own 'fluffing' they barely fluffed up to the image (step 2) 2 level. I have had them several weeks and they have not increased in their "fluffiness" at all. So, as for quality of product, shipping etc... it was decent, nothing spectacular but average, or at least met expectation. However as for a fluffy pillow, way below expectations. And not even close to the photos. So, one of those you get what you pay for items. ... show more
