I washed and dried this comforter as soon as I took it out of the vacuum-sealed bag, before I placed it on my bed and it washed and dried very nicely. It did take a long time to dry completely - approximately 1.5 hrs. in my dryer, which is almost brand new. I washed it in a standard washing machine at home. This comforter is not bulky and the small chenille-like decoration throughout the comforter is very nice and adds a nice touch as it is not too feminine nor too masculine in appearance. It is perfect for the cold weather; however, I probably would not use this in the summertime because it is a warm comforter. Usually, I sit on the edge of my bed to tie my shoelaces or put my socks on. Won't be doing that anymore because this comforter is so soft, I slipped off the bed. Great purchase! Great price! Definitely recommend!!

The comforter is nice and thick. Color is true to what is shown on screen. I always prewash my before using and it fluffed up perfectly after. It did keep wrinkles which smooth out when pulled into place. The fit was perfect and the comfort, plush! Great value and will be purchasing another in a different color as I'm a snob at changing things up often.

This is a light weight comforter that is incredibly soft to the touch and cozy. The chenille accents lend a trendy MCM vibe. I layered it with a contrasting color waffle weave blanket to add warmth for winter. Minus 1 star because I feel that the shell itself is very thin and not sure how it will hold up through repeat washing. It is so thin that the pillow shams clung tightly to the comforter when I unpackaged and shook it out and I couldn't even find them! Overall, for the money, I would buy again. I do appreciate it being offered in a comforter too, because I don't use duvets and often that is all I can find UPDATE: Although I did not decrease stars from original 4 I left I do want to add that after only a few month the top started pilling, making it look old and rather ragged

This is a gorgeous emerald green comforter, that went beautifully with my son's bedroom decor! I put this in low dry/ wrinkle prevent in my dryer for about 10-15 min. just to fluff it a bit. ( I didn't wash it based on the reviews regarding clumping and lost of shape. I'll probably get this dry cleaned in the near future.) There was no funny smells and my package was delivered perfectly after my previous package was lost by the shipping carrier. Thanks Amazon for the great customer service! Go buy this now!!!

So when I got it I had to take out some stitching because it was bunched up. It’s like they stitched it wrong and I get why they did it. It’s kinda like a duvet cover. Guess they don’t want inter blanket to move. When I spread it out on the bed. Color and design are good. It’s very soft and comfortable.

I bought a queen size in emerald to be oversized for a double bed and I'm very happy with it. I wouldn't call it emerald, it's more of a dark forest green, but looks great in my moody bedroom with the eggplant sheets I bought to go with it. In the photos it looks like cotton or linen material, but it's actually silky. The underside is brushed cotton as advertised and is super soft. The comforter is lightweight, perfect for summer or hot sleepers, but if you're looking for heavy weight or super warmth this would not be the one. I have a cat and can see a few pulled threads on top of the comforter after a week of use, but I expect that and for the price I couldn't be happier!
