I purchased these a few months ago. I ordered 18X18 and ordered size 20X20 pillows. Well first off they are not 18X18. They measure 17X17 so are much too small to fit the pillows. The cover is just what I wanted for light grey and white...the material feels soft and looks great. So I will have to buy a smaller insert. Just remember that cover runs small. These are soft and give my couch a cozy look for fall and winter so I love them for now. They have a teeny little zipper and they were very difficult to zip up because the cozy looking fibers kept getting caught in the zipper. But the zippers didnt break. haven't washed them yet and I would be surprised if they lasted a long time. But they're so inexpensive I don't care. And they dont get heavy use. They're perfect for now and I've gotten compliments on them. They're like having sweaters on my couch and make you want to cuddle up to them. I bought the 17 x 16 inch ones but next time I would put 18 inch pillow inserts in them and they would look more substantial, if the zippers don't break. These are described as wool but I don’t think they are. I washed and dried them and they came out beautifully. They are very soft, did not shrink and not the least bit scratchy. Really nice! Oops “faux wool” is how it is described. They are truly nice and I would recommend.
