I used these for some pillow inserts for my office. They came in a box and were in vacuum sealed bags, but they fluffed up just fine. They are super soft and very comfortable. There wasnt any weird smells and they were the perfect size for my 18x18 covers I had just purchased. You definitely have to give them time to fluff up, so others that say they were flat, did not give them enough time. They dont immediately get to the full size by fluffing them out of the box, it takes at least a good 10-18 hours to see the full potential that they have. ... show more

Very nice pillows! Soft and durable! Make sure after opening, because they come in a vacuum sealed bag to let them sit out and expand for at least 24hrs. If you cannot wait, you can also put them in a cool dryer for 30 mins which will also expand them quicker. Very happy and will purchase them again! ... show more
