I bought this for a customer vehicle, and the thermostat will no longer open. I contacted MIT Zone and gave them my order and let them know my address so they can ship me another one under warranty and it's been 24 hours and I haven't heard from them. I don't know what's going to happen next, but if I don't hear anything in the next 24 hours, I'll revise the review Edit: absolutely no contact from the company, which means there is actually no warranty on this because if you can't get a hold of the company, then you are forced to go out and hurry up and buy a thermostat elsewhere to get yourself back on the road which means that I wouldn't recommend this product to anyone. Because it's going to go bad because it's very low quality, and they won't answer any of the emails to get a warranty replacement out as quick as possible. ... show more
