I like having my Echo on a stand. It's a perfect fit, the stand has enough weight to it that its sturdy enough to not tip over or not easily knock over if someone would bump into it. There's no set-up: you take it out of the box, plug it in and put your Echo on it. I currently have only 1 Echo and I LOVE being able to take it into any room I want to without having to keep unplugging it and then plugging it back in again. The Mission representative called me today and explained to me why there was no power cord in the box. I did not read the instructions thoroughly. I missed the part that said to use the power cord to my Echo Show device to charge the battery. I can't find the instructions now but it seemed like they had a pic of a different shaped charger so i assumed there was supposed to be a power cord with it. This works but it's not nearly as good as some other brands. The battery doesn't last nearly as long. It works fine with the Show 5 that it's being used to power. It'll be interesting to see how long this really lasts.
