Electric assist cuts out after just a few seconds.
Horrible experience. The only way to reach this company is by email and so far I have had no response. I was so excited to get this bike going on the road once I finally got it put together after a long day of work. (Its instructions are very vague and unclear) this caused immediate frustration. Not to mention this bike said it had 7 gears. It actually only has one. It is nearly impossible to pedal this bike for anything close to an extended period of time without electrical assist, which cuts out after about 4 seconds, and I’m in good shape. (The reason I’m trying to reach out to the company) so basically I bought a broken bike for $400. DO NOT BUY. It’s too risky. Just don't!
Buyer beware. Scam. When I ordered the bike, all the reviews were positive. Now they're all negative. Just as others have said, the product does not match the description. Assembly instructions are terrible and I can return if I pay the shipping costs. Probably close to what I paid for the bike! I will never buy another product of this type from Amazon. Directions suck
Directions are horrible- in fact on page one it tells you to email for a helpful Video - I’m still waiting on that on day 3- what you are told to do do not match what has to be done - we finally were successful in the build but the bike it self is very uncomfortable. Seems to perform ok but I’m only on day 3. I will most likely sell at a loss and look for a better fit ... show more

Not as advertised
The bike is not a 7 speed, it is only a single speed (1 rear sprocket and one front ). Also it is not 1500 watts but it is only 750 watts.

There is no 7-speed. Completely false claims. Totally misleading title and a piece of junk bike. There is no speed; at max, it goes 10 mph with battery, that's it.

Beware return cost! Inaccurate description and defect

I received this bike with defective battery. The picture shows 7 gears but came with only single gear. To return I have to pay hundreds of dollars. Horrible!

Not a great ebike.
Not easy to asseble, no book with clear instructions came with it. Couldn't get a video to help with it. A cheaply made bike, so returned it.
