This was easy to put together, aside from a piece that arrived bent and was a pain to bend back into place. The corners are on the sharp side, but no jagged bits sticking out or anything. It seems to be very sturdy and it has that simple, minimalist sort of look with the clean lines and no embellishments. There is enough space underneath it for storage. There's plenty of support. The platform does seem a bit slippery, and there's no ledge to stop a mattress from sliding, so it's probably a good idea to get some adhesive pads to prevent sliding. This high bed frame is a fantastic space saver. You can easily store five large Home Depot moving boxes, and there is still room for more items. The assembly was quick and easy. I recommend getting this item if your house/apartment needs more storage space.
