These are very nice additions to our 80S Mirador pergola (we added 3 to enclose the area with the 4th side being next to our fireplace). They are easy to use with the existing handle, and the screen material is thicker than a standard screen found on a typical house window. It only took about an hour and a half each to install from unpacking to being fully functional. You do need to make sure that they are level and plumb so they will work properly. Rolling them down on windy days can be a little tricky but besides that they work great. We have not had any rain to test how they do when its wet outside so I can't add anything about that. I would recommend them for anyone who want to add to their outdoor space.

Not overly difficult for a one-person install however it comes in 2 boxes on a skid that weighs over 300 lbs! You need help moving it!

Nice looking pergola that is easy to assemble, even for 1 person. Shipment came in 3 large boxes, each weighing from 100 lbs to 150 lbs. It was up over a weekend. Instructions are "Ikea" like - pictures, not words. I highly recommend the pergolas from Mirador.

With one finger you can move the screen up or down. Exquisite. These are quality screens which not only keep you on the non-infested side of nature, they also block a considerable amount of sun. Dual purpose, in those ways. See my review of our whole Mirador project elsewhere.
