The media could not be loaded. This is my first using a multi needle embroidery machine and I love it. It took me a couple days to figure things out. But the company has great customer service. They responded quickly and answered all my questions. They had me up and embroiderying in no time!! I love this machine. For beginners I would recommend purchasing a bobbin guage to assist with getting the current bobbin tension. Other than that, I doubt you will have any problems with the machine. I was able to embroidery my logo. I admit I need more practice and someone to digitized my design. However, I think it is pretty good for a first timer. I notice in some of the reviews that some people are having trouble with the thread. Again, I am a beginner but their issue may be incorrect tension on the thread or bobbin. If you find yourself having trouble with this thread becoming a nest or breaking, check the tension. One last thing.. The machine arrived fast! It was delivered by semi in a huge crate. I unboxed it i my driveway, set the stand up inside my house and a couple of my friends carried the machine inside and set it on the stand fir me. If you are looking for a multi needle embroidery machine, this is the machine for you, especially if you are a beginner! Don't judge it by my sample of my sample. I am a beginner and that was my very first attempt.

With Embroidery Machine, I think the most important thing is communication and maintenance. Emily was patient and was able to describe in detail and provide videos and conversations for any questions I needed to know, which was great. I have purchased these devices and other materials multiple times and I would give a recommendation and yes, I recommend AVERMA. It has been a huge help to my business.

AVERMA threads are great for embroidery sewing. The thread quality is excellent with durability for fabric. The colors are amazingly beautiful and stand out so vibrant on my tee-shirts, pillows and crew neck shirts. I will be ordering again. Hopefully they’ll sell var·i·e·gat·ed colors!
