works as intended after adjsuting the gibs it is pretty rigid. I did not use the Z bracket as I did not want a single pivot point for mounting. Instead opting to tap 2 m8x1.25 holes in the cross slide and mounted it direct. in this orientation it is very rigid. the included T nuts do not lock very well on the bed but I was still able to take several thou depth of cut you just need to retorque the vice occasionally. ... show more

    • Decent vice... horrible mounting.
Received the product in a reasonable amount of time. Vice action was firm with no noticeable play out of the box. Included bracket was a completely different story... Threaded holes do not align to the vice nor is the bracket square. If you are buying this because it includes the bracket, buyer beware... Will be returning for refund as the product is definitely not as advertised ... show more
