Loved this thing while it worked. But it spontaneously stopped working after about four months of use. I didn’t do anything differently. Always used it in the same room in the same location. Just turned it off one day and then wasn’t able to turn it back on. Really frustrating and wasteful. UPDATE: I tried messing with it again and discovered that it’s the top trigger thing at the bottom that is malfunctioning. If I hold it down while I set the heater back on the ground it works again. This small unit is way too loud! So far I'm very disappointed. The flame is very hard to see even when the room is very dark It will lose its heat and blow out cold air. Very sadden, I was hopeful and excited to receive this. $50 bucks, too high of a price

This is such a nice cozy heater to sit in front of. Problem is that when it reaches the set temperature and the heating coil turns off, it keeps blowing....COLD air. This turns cozy into very uncomfortable. Obviously, the coil needs to be cooled down but a thermostat that turns off the fan once it's cool would be fantastic! ... show more

The heater gives a lovely ambience with the fire and kept our RV nice and warm. But the remote doesn’t work and it’s too late to return it. Other than that it’s great.

This is a very small lantern heater that looks like a mini-fireplace. I use it in a pretty big room and the heat output is fantastic. It's a little on the loud side, but it works for me as white noise, so this doesn't bother me at all.
