This device feel sturdy and well built. It is very easy to use, just plug it in and starts working from that point on. It does not have any setting like turning off the LED light when the unit is on. The LED is not all that bright either, just enough light to see the water level. If the light goes from green to red than it means the water level is too high or is not functioning correctly. This dehumidifier is meant for small rooms like a bathroom or closet up to 130sq.ft. with the door closed. I've tested it in our bathroom with the door open and after a few hours it has already produced about 1/8" of water. The humidity outside the house ranges from 75 to 100 percent humidity, inside the humidity is around 55 percent. It comes with a sturdy power cord and the bottom of the device has 4 thick rubber feet to keep it from moving around. It comes with well written easy to understand instructions. The bottom reservoir tray is easy to open and dump when it's fool. It has a built-in automatic shut off sensor when the water reaches a certain point.     • Nice Little Dehumidifier
I put this in my bathroom closet to cut down on the humidity. It doesn't get as much a/c flow as it probably should. The humidifier fills up, and I have to empty it around once a week. It is definitely sucking water out of the air. It's very easy to use. It has a green led to show it's on and working. When it fills up completely, or you remove the water container, the led shining into the water container turns red. It's enough light to be just enough to use the bathroom in the middle of the night, which is nice too. It only has one button. ... show more

    • It works, but it didn't pull as much water as advertised (probably my environment)
On the one hand, it's exceptionally quiet. Like "quieter than a little desk fan quiet." Essentially silent. The build quality and plastic frame are well-made. The one thing I'll say is that I placed it in the laundry room where humidity levels are generally high, I mean higher than the rest of the house. Now, take it for what it's worth - I live in a really dry environment already. My garage is like 19% humidity. But after 24 hours of running in my laundry room, it pulled about a teaspoon of water from the air. I'm certain that this would work better for a little bathroom or RV in a high humidity environment than it did for me. ... show more

    • Small an efficient but it has its issues.
Not bad for its size, I need a dehumidifier for a small make shift clean room i have built. Since space is limited i pick this unit for its size and power requirements. This unit is quite and does well at removing moisture. Too good actually. The unit took a room at 71% relative and brought it down to 37% overnight. Problem is the unit did overflow without stopping. I had a mess and now sp.e flooring to repair. Still it did its job and haven't failed again. YMMV ... show more

This mini portable dehumidifier is a compact and thoughtfully designed device that’s best suited for small, enclosed spaces like bathrooms, closets, safes, or RVs. The build quality feels solid, and it includes practical features such as auto shut-off, power-off memory, and quiet operation, which make it easy to live with on a day-to-day basis. During my test, I ran it continuously for two days in a room with a temperature of about 70°F and 60% relative humidity. In that time, it extracted only a few ounces of water, which suggests its dehumidifying power is somewhat limited under those moderate conditions. It's likely that it would perform better in environments with higher humidity and/or temperature, where more moisture is present in the air. While this mini dehumidifier won’t match the performance of larger units, it can still be a helpful tool for maintaining lower humidity levels in small areas, preventing mustiness, and offering added moisture control in spaces that don’t require high-capacity operation. ... show more
