The pocket massage gun is a pleasant surprise for its small size. It has five speeds and is quite powerful. You hold it in the palm of your hand, and attach one of the nine massage heads. It is great for relaxation after sports training, computer work, hiking or other activity that impacts your muscles. Each attachment targets different areas, as well as the change in speed. The low setting works well for light massaging on the arms, neck and shoulders while the higher settings work well on tight leg muscles and back muscles. I like that it is small and will fit in my gym bag, to use after water aerobics or cycle class. It is great at home after a long day at work on the computer for my neck muscles. It comes in a neat little earring box that keeps the massage heads safe and secure and will fit in a gym bag, a drawer or night table. You can use it while watching TV or before you go to bed, and get the relief that you need. You can recharge it with type C charger with a wall plug or directly into your computer. I would highly recommend this little pocket massage gun for all of your personal massage needs.

I was intrigued by this because of its size. It fits perfectly in your hand and it’s not super heavy. I was worried that it wouldn’t be powerful enough, but it actually has strong vibration and percussion. It comes with a variety of different heads to use for different sensations and pressures. It has five different speed settings to offer relief from sore muscles. So far the battery is held up pretty well also. Overall, it’s a great value for the money and I will be using it quite a bit.
