    • Can’t touch the end overheats quickly
The top of the iron is too hot to touch and it is very hard to use and overheats quickly.

    • Such a tiny, yet useful tool!
I bought this for my argumentative bangs that want to curl up in all the wrong ways. Works exactly like I expect. The small scale keeps me from burning my face when I try to straighten my bangs out. I'm quite uncoordinated with hair care, and this is an easy to use tool.

    • Does not close tight
I used this to seal up plastic pouches but it does not close tight very well. I would definitely not use this on my hair.

    • Gets very hot!
This product looks just as it does in the photo and works quite well. What I was surprised about is how hot the outside of the straightener gets. There are some very small rubber pieces on it for finger placement, but if your fingers slip off of them in any way you could potentially burn yourself.

I was expecting a small flat iron, which it was, about 7.5 inches… but the heating element itself was 2.25 inches. Also, I have short hair - which is why I bought a small flat iron - but my hair is super thick and fairly coarse which did not work with this product. This will probably work well on short, fine hair but it was an epic fail for me. ... show more
