Bought for my She Shed. After you push the buttons to start your drink, wait about 30 seconds and the machine will start to dispense. It took me a bit to figure this out. This machine is rather poorly made. Especially irritating is the holding container for the used pods - frustrating to get it out and back in. Also, sometimes the pods get stuck and don't fall down into position to dispense. Overall, for the price, its fine, but if you can afford it, buy a better machine. ... show more

This beanglass expresso machine makes an excellent cup of expresso quite quickly. I had been using a fancy Breville machine, but the hassle of getting the grind correct and the mess associated with cleaning out the basket afterwards was annoying. This unit uses the standard Nespresso capsules and is so simple to use. I filled the container in the rear with fresh water and popped in a capsule. In a flash out came a strong stream of steamy, rich espresso with a perfect crema. I know one of the most important things with coffee is the temperature of the water and the pressure used to extract. This machine has it down pat. Seriously - the coffee came out really good. I've tried Lavazza coffee in the Breville and it just didn't seem "right". This beanglass machine made it absolutely perfectly. My only worry now is that I'll end up with such a caffeine buzz I'll be up till all hours. This is a great machine and makes an excellent cup of expresso. Kudos! ... show more

This makes a good cup of coffee....er lungo. Note that this is the nespresso classic machine and only takes the classic pods. Additionally, there were no sampler pods in the package. one would think that there would be at least a few sample pods. Other thing to note is that this appliance is an incredible 20 bar ... which is the closest thing to that very expensive expresso machine (win). Comparing it to Nespresso's Essenza Mini, the Mini is 19 bar and is a lot more $$$. The appliance sports a black and white appearance which is neither good nor bad. I can overlook this machine not giving any pod samples due to the great tasting coffee output. ... show more

Looks very nice but not a good coffee machine, I tried different capsules, from different brands, but one works well, very low pressure, doesn't extract the coffee from the capsule properly.

I am very simple. We just needed a nice coffee/expresso machine to add to our airbnb that was user friendly. We tried this one out and no complaints. Easy to get one good cup of coffee. The simple life!
