This little PC was packaged nicely, super easy to install, I needed a real HDMI port for my Monitor and it had one. Has plenty of USB ports and a real 1G network port. Everything worked out of the box even my off brand USB WebCam. The network (I used the hard wired option) actuuslly ran at 1G. THis little box supports 2 HDMI montors if you need it. This is the perfect little PC for browsing and almost any every day Windows task. Totally quiet and way lower power than my last PC. I am not a gamer so can't comment on that. I had heard of the mini Mac. I saw these about 2 months ago just as the New Year started. And I really wanted to get when it looks so sleek and neat. I watched a number of YouTube videos about these things. I weighed the pros and cons of them. I purchased one Thursday night and it arrived yesterday. I'm quickly loading it up with all my favorite software. I actually find that the device works pretty well. I haven't had any issues with it since yesterday afternoon. I actually think it's a neat thing to have. The performance is like they said it is. I find that when I turn it on it is quiet I don't even hear anything because it's all solid state. It boots up really fast. I have the 16 GB 1 TB model. You can get this all the way up to 64 GB 2 terabytes. The USB ports are labeled. The HDMI ports are labeled. There's a USB c drive on here or plug in thing. There's a Kensington lock on here. Even a slot for a mini or a micro SD card. It's easy to set up and it has all the features of Windows pro. I had to tweak some of the settings to my liking. But it's working and I was able to get it going in about maybe 15-20 minutes. you can plug all of your favorite peripherals into it. I plugged two USB 3.0 multi-port devices so I can get more out of it. I plugged in my 8 terabyte and my 4 TB external hard drives and they work just fine. I also plugged in a CD DVD ROM recording thing. And it does just fine

I'm on my second CyberGeek machine in hopes of finding one with a working DisplayPort. No matter what method I take, I still can't get the DisplayPort to work. Worst yet, despite being a higher RAM than the first CyberGeek machine, I think this second one is slower and buggier. It has been frustrating and that frustration has only been made worse by a Technical Support that won't pick up my call (on my third call with them and after 20 minutes they hang-up on me). The concept is great, and so are the specs, but having certain outputs not work has made this experience terrible.

I am a retired old fart, and I generally waste my day most effectively. OK? I like music, I like the news, I LOVE social media, I watch Steve Harvey, I have become my own characature... oh, sorry. Anyway, I had all this stuff so I could do all this, and it was a mess and getting worse, until, finally no upgrades were written. Not an anchor yet, but, geeze. So, I bought this, a wireless keyboard, these cool little dongles that saved me hundreds on monitors, and a soundbar. You can see by the picture I trust Bill with my data, so I went to removing the old stuff, plugging in this, that, and the other thing. A big selling point was built in dual monitors. Now, I have some nice monitors... which aren't HDMI ported. I found these little HDMI to DVI dongles, they're cheap. So, dual monitor was an extra $12 (for me), cheap, cheap, cheap. I was thrilled, I mean, there's more Honey-Do associated with higher spending, so I'm trying to fly my upgrade in with no radar hits, OK? So, seriously, pluggy, pluggy, pluggy, and this little thing is like there. You can see, that's a regular cube. And.... It comes with a little rack! And you just screw it to the back of one monitor, and {POOF} it's all gone. Power up, a few sign ins, and I'm where I left off. I'm not a gamer, I'm not a heavy programmer. I'm am old fart that watches TV on one screen while he reads stuff on the other. I write stuff. I connect with my phone. Absolutely the easiest upgrade, from buying and shipping, through installation, and then a month later, after use. I don't know what you are after. See the specs on this? Yeah, that's about right, for me. Did they deliver? Haha, I laugh, YES! I placed an order, they shipped out fast, and it works. Works great.

This is a great unit for basic computing: internet browsing, emails, watching videos. Gaming capabilities are poor, but not something that I need a computer for. Startup is fast, wakes up from "sleep" in about 6 seconds. Plenty of ports. Importantly, no bloatware.
