It's not lightweight either. It runs beautifully, I have to admit it's really nice, but I am happy with the weight...kinda sorta, my husband is going to be the one operating this or at least help me. I purchased this because we're remodeling our kitchen/dinning room and I've got a very large area that I've got to cut that faux hardwood flooring that we put in 15 years ago and we had a little old lady who had Hip Dysplasia and she'd had accidents on the floor before she could make it to the door. I couldn't get the pieces under my kitchen sink cabinets, so I'm going to try and cut that dang flooring up. I'll update if it can't be used for my needs. ... show more

    • Cannot put on blade

Have had this for 3 months and can't use it because I can't figure out how to put on the blade. I am not an experienced carpenter nor am I a complete novice and have a dozen or so power landscape and woodworking tools that I have successfully assembled and used for years but I have never owned a mini circular saw. These directions are useless unless you have already done this before. I don't know where the spindle lock button is nor what the blade spindle is (I can guess but so far my guesses have failed to get me past this first step). The exploded assembly diagram assigns a number to every single part inside and outside but the numbers are unreadable even with a magnifying glass. Worst of all is when I tied to link to their "Support Website" or even search for their name online, I am led to a full page stating "Your site service has expired, Please renewal(sp) your website as soon as possible". I did not return this because I was sure I could figure it out but I haven't. Will now try to search other brands of mini circular saws and see if that helps. ... show more

I like this I really do. However as a newbie to this type of tool I would like to have had better assembly instructions. I got it working but I did not feel confident that I was doing it correctly. Made a few test cuts on a 3/4 board and it worked fine. I’ll probably order some additional blades.
