Cracked without abuse within 6 months. After 3 months of normal use, the bottom, came out of the microwave cracked. I continued to use the lid on another glass microwavable container, then 3 months later the lid did the same.

This glass bowl with lid is great for cooking veggies in the microwave. The handles make putting the bowl in the microwave and taking it out, easy and safe. The bowl can also easily go from a bowl to cook in, to a serving dish.

I ordered a 1L glass casserole dish which had a lid with two side handles instead of a single one on top, so the lid could be used as a serving dish as well. Instead I received a dish with the more traditional lid style with a single handle on top, and the product page had been changed to reflect the style I actually received. In addition, the lid fits poorly onto the dish; in some orientations it doesn't fit, in others it fits but sticks so it becomes hard to remove. In the future I'll stick to dishes made by more reputable manufacturers. ... show more

I missed the "not oven safe lid" note till it arrived. No point in a casserole dish that doesn't have an oven safe lid. I returned it for a dish from the same company WITH an oven safe lid.
