This is the perfect size to make, buttered petite potatoes in the microwave with garlic and herb seasoning for the two of us. I’ve had trouble with the square corningware casserole dishes cracking. This hasn’t done that.

The lid cracked upon first use. For a product designed to go into the oven and take the heat, the lid just did not perform. I was careful about allowing it to cool before handling ut and washing it. But, a hairline crack appeared as soon as it lightly banged against another dish in the sink ( the other dish, a ceramic plate, was fine). So, not impressed. ... show more
