Perfect for a small space in our laundry area. Before this hamper, the floor became littered with dirty rags, hubs outside work clothes, etc. Now the dirty laundry has a home and a home with ventilation. Thus, this hamper is functional and attractive. The basket didn't get sent from Amazon with a lid and the company made right on this. They sent out a lid! How awesome. I was more than pleased.
