We started with two stools to make sure we liked them. We bought 4 more. These are really beautiful stools and exactly what I was looking for. They are low profile to the island so don’t disrupt the open flow of the kitchen. They are very comfortable and the back while low (exactly what I wanted) is very supportive. Assembly is easy once you figure out the legs. Please note that in the box you get legs wrapped in blue tape and clear tape - the two legs in each package fit together and then you have a set of blue that notch/fit together with a set of clear. The directions aren’t clear in this and it took my 15 year old to figure it out while I was cursing at the legs. Probably the biggest reason these keep the 5 star rating for me is I had one seat cushion that had a tear in it. I took a couple of pictures and reached out to the seller. I had a replacement seat in under a week. The customer service was amazing! Buy these, you won’t regret it! ... show more

I have been looking for a very long time for the right bar stools. I finally found them. They are very comfortable. The have a 360 swivel. It is pu leather but doesn't look cheap. We purchased the creamy grey. They are so nice. We had a problem with legs on one stool and the seat on another. The hole in the legs would just not grab. We were about done and noticed a small tear in the pu leather of one chair. We purchased 4 stools but could complete only three due to the problem. I immediately wrote the company. I heard back super quick and they asked me to send a picture and I did. They sent me a replacement very quickly. This company has OUTSTANDING CUSTOMER SERVICE. I needed 3 chairs for the breakfast nook in my new apartment. These look fantastic. I had to cut 3.5 inches off the legs as they were a little bit too tall, but it was an easy modification to make before assembly. Assembly was very quick and easy once I discovered it was better to assemble the frame upside down on a flat counter and not to tighten all the fasteners until the assembly was complete, leave them finger tight so that you can move the pieces around a little bit to get everything lined up. ... show more

The counter height stool is well constructed and has an elegant look. It is a good value. HOWEVER: be sure of the color because, while the description says "returns authorized" it does not mean the return shipping is free. Even though NOT stated, the purchaser is required to pay for the return.

The barstools were super easy to put together and only took about 10 minutes per chair. I love that they swivel and they feel very sturdy. The customer service is top notch! We had a small issue with one of the barstools and the sellers were always very quick to respond and were able to provide a solution for the problem. At first, I only ordered two to see if they would go with my decor, and if I liked them. I was a little frustrated initially upon receiving them because I couldn’t find the directions. After reading some of the reviews and asking a question another customer told me the directions were wrapped up in the seat. The directions only had a picture/diagram. It would’ve been nice to actually have the directions written out as it took an hour putting the first one together. I couldn’t finish the 2nd one because it was missing a part. I contacted the seller and they responded very quickly and sent me the missing part within two days. The communication back-and-forth between the seller was awesome. I then ordered my third chair and just love them! My grandkids love the fact that they swivel. They are super comfortable, extremely sturdy, the material is soft, and look great. Love the texture of the fabric, it feel durable. The cushions are firm but comfortable I’m sure they’ll break in a bit over time. The base seems sturdy and the legs are made of solid wood (other than the metal ring). Swivels easily. They’re not the easiest to put together, I would recommend one person hold the legs steady while another puts in the cross metal piece on, and don’t tighten everything down until after the metal ring is in place. ... show more

Well made overall. Comes with easy to follow instructions for assembly. However, the legs of one of the chairs are not equally long and I need to put an extra pad underneath.
