This chair is small, I am 5’2” 128lbs and can sit in it comfortably with my feet either touching the floor or curled up watching tv since the seer is deep enough. I bought two of these due to their linen-like performance fabric, modern look, and 500lbs max weight capacity. (A lot of the chairs on here have a 250lbs max) A family member sat in this chair comfortably at 5’10 275ish lbs. they’re review is that the back of the chair hits right at/below the shoulder blades and the seat is lower to the ground but still a reasonable height. The cushion is sturdy enough that you don’t sink in but is still rather comfy. Swivel feature is smooth and quiet. Assembly was easy. Took me about 15 mins to screw on the bases of both of them. I searched for about a month on multiple sites before making this purchase. Im quite impressed with the quality so far (3weeks) and price of these chairs ... show more

I needed an extra chair for Christmas Eve family celebration as I just remodeled my home and haven't decided on, or purchased, all of my furniture yet. I knew i wanted a swivel chair that wasn't too big and was neutral. I got the performance beige and love the color as it looks ivory but warmer and not as stark. It is sturdy, handsome, comfortable, functional and not fussy. It fits perfectly in my living room but I can also see it in my family room and/or bedroom. Swivels smoothly and quietly and the base is wooden with a nice, rounded edge so am not worried about it ruining my floor like some of the sharp looking metal ones I viewed. The front view is very basic but the side looks great and has a high end design. I liked the walnut base as it matches my nightstands. The media could not be loaded. I have several cats, and in a month, they have been unable to damage the fabric in any way. The material is durable and comfortable. The chair is comfortable for reading, watching TV, or working on my notebook. The swivel allows me to change direction easily.
