I got a set of 2 last week and the batteries appeared to be Milwaukee. Neither of the batteries would hold a charge more than 10 minutes. I returned them asking for a second set. The new set came promptly, however, once again, batteries would not hold a charge more than 10 minutes. I will be asking for a refund this time.
