    • Casters not sized correctly to assemble cart
The casters are designed to be able to push into the bottom of the cart. However, the posts are too wide for this to be easily done. I'm a 200 lb. man and used all my strength and body weight with the use of a small piece of 2" x 4? wood to get these in. It stripped the somewhat soft plastic around the edges of the posts so I was able to get them in 1/2 way and the cart works but is not perfectly level. I was very afraid of breaking the shelf when assembling but I didn't. I was otherwise very happy with the cart or I would have returned it. The first one I ordered arrived with one of the shelves broken so I didn't try to assemble that one. If it weren't for this one issue I would have given the cart a 4 or a 5. We stumbled upon this cart after looking & looking & looking! This was perfect. It is a durable, industrial strength solution that still looks elegant enough to be used in my wife's spa. We didn't want the Amazon logo to be on display, but fortunately it came off easily with a magic eraser. We even bolted a power strip with a long cord on the 2nd shelf for portable power! Pay attention during shelf assembly. Each shelf has high lip and a low lip. Be nice to have them all on the same side...or not. Four stars because Handle is too thick. Hard to hang things off of.

    • Missing handles and wrong size casters
After assembly realized the handles were not included I’m not going to trouble if returning it but it would be nice if there was customer service number to call and get the missing parts Also wheel casters were to big for the holes and had to be hammered in
