The jacket is nice quality although a bit big around the bottom/waist line. Returned the coat on January 4 at the cost of 18.25, per tracking received by seller on January 14. I had to pursue them to receive a refund finally got confirmation they would start the refund process on January 22. I was notified a refund in the random amount of $256 would be issued…… I paid 301.35. Had to reach out again and ask for a full refund, which was processed without explanation. The jacket seemed very well made. The fit was perfect. Unfortunately, the highest heating temperature was only luke warm. Very disappointing as I really wanted this jacket to work.
