  • Good bits
Works as intended. each bit has drilled dozens of holes so far in granite, ceramic, and a few different stones

  • it worked for my needs
I was able to drill 6 holes in porcelain tiles to install grab bar in the showers using these. I started with smallest one and then work my way up.

  • Diamond bits!
I purchased these to cut a small hole in a plate mirror! I held a wet sponge next to the bit and it worked great! I did this while mirror was attached to the wall! Would have been perfect if I could have attached tape to the back of the hole! I was very pleased with ease of use and the result!

  • Indispensable for drilling tile.
These are like tiny hole saws for ceramic or porcelain tile. They worked perfectly with no cracking or breaking of the tiles. Have somebody help you hold your drill from the right side to keep it from traveling until you get your hole started. Taping the spot helps and starting at an angle helps but it is still going to travel. ... show more

  • Only thing to get through hard tile
I have a hard time with these because they do the job, but I destroyed my shoulder for like months using them so I can’t hardly even stand to look at them now- So I had 100 holes to drill and tile one day, and the tile was super hard, I tried some of the spade type bits where you have either a single or a double spade, and it kind of comes into a point like a clover,, I believe those are all carbide But it was like The bit were burning up before I could even get one hole drilled, and the ones I had were Bosch from Lowe’s. So I bought these and I was getting about 20 holes per bit probably in that neighborhood before they started slowing down. You will need to use water in a little spray bottle and keep it wet and because it gets frying hot immediately. The situation that was so bad for me is because it takes all of the strength that a person can muster to get these to drill. I’m not a small person and I honestly didn’t hardly have enough strength. I was leaning against the drill with my leg on the lower holes simultaneously, pushing with all hands and then would keep taking one hand off to spray the water. So all in all they did work, and I’ve never found anything else that will drill through hard tile except for diamond, but it takes a lot of strength so if you have more than a couple holes to drill, be prepared to go to the chiropractor ... show more
