When I received this item it was very nice I had a small issue with it, when I looked through the packet that came with it. it said that if I had any issues to let them know they wanted 100% satisfaction. So I sent them an email telling them the issue that I had and I was asking them how I could fix it or how we could work it out. The gentleman asked for a picture, I sent him a picture. They immediately took steps to resolve my issue in a very timely fashion and they did everything they could do to live up to their promise of 100% satisfaction. I highly recommend this company and we'll do business with him and the future if they produce something else that I need. The item does have a production order but it dissipated fairly quickly. It's very comfortable very firm and will suit my needs quite well.

The media could not be loaded. I so love this tri-Fold foam mattress!! Is about 4 months since I bought it and is super comfortable to sleep on, so cute looking when is folded as a Sofa giving extra space in a tiny room!! Is balanced Firm enough to make you feel like you are sleeping on a fancy Tempur- Pedic, it does not lose its firmness over the time like some regular expensive mattresses do, for its price you can't beat that comparing how extremely expensive mattresses are, is very light to carry, so easy to fold back and unfold without being worried about breaking anything ( including our own back). Very practical, clean, comfortable and cute little thing, I highly recommend. <3

This is wayyyyy smaller than I had expected. When it is in sofa form the backrest is not sturdy and it does not stay put up even if it is strapped with the velcro on the side. This stains easy and it darkens even with water. And it leaves a stain EVEN with water that should get dried up and not stained. It is cushiony but this would be too thin to sleep on just by itself on the floor as a mattress. There is no type of pain relief anywhere from sleeping on this memory foam mattress. It’s small so it is cute inside a room to occasionally utilize with guests. I like this item only because it is compact in the room and easily folded back up without losing its shape or form.

I recently moved and wanted my second bedroom to be my office, but still wanted an extra bed when a guest my stay over. I have slept on it 2 nights since I purchased it, and it is very comfortable to sleep on, as well as sit on when it is folded up into the sofa. It’s light weight and easy to move around even from room to room, so if I wanted extra seating for guests, I can easily move it on my own out to the family room for extra seating. I would definitely recommend it, if you are looking for something to have as a reasonably priced extra bed and seating with out a lot of extra space to work with! I think the only thing adults don’t like about sleeping on it, is because it is low to the ground for getting up on it in the morning. That isn’t an issue for me, but I can see how long term use it would get old sleeping that low to the ground. It is light enough, it would be a great extra for camping, as well!

this thing is actually pretty cool! its super convertible and pretty comfortable as far as floor mats goes it folds up to a variety of ways for use - plus a convienient size to stow in a corner .. its easy to maneuver it in and out as needed - even daily if necessary nice feeling and quality material - easy to clean and quite rugged while very comfortable to lay on directly it fits a standard double size sheet loosely but effectively - though it gets tricky to refold it with any extra coverings on it the thickness is just right to keep you from being on the floor but definitely still firm from being on the floor

I had a full-sized one a few years back that I used as a floor sofa in the bedroom. Moved and couldn't take it with me. This time I bought a Twin XL version. It's... Thinner than I remember. I measured and the mattress is barely 4". It was advertised as 4.5" thick, which is why I chose this over several 4" options available on Amazon. The thickness is dissappointing. Other than that, as firm and supporting as I remember (I'm 120lb, definitely can't feel the floor). I have very fond memories of resting on this sofa, only to find myself drifting to sleep. I use a tapestry / thin cloth scarf over the sofa both for decor and for washing. Not sure if I'll keep this or order a different, thicker, version elsewhere...

I needed a mattress to put on top of m Queen sized bed/bed frame while my king sized bed is being built. Then I'll get a new normal King mattress and use this as a sofa and the base of the new bed. It folds nicely. Came in a box and expanded to full king size over 24 hours. It feels like a normal mattress on top of the others. I might add a mattress topper. Good product and I suppose good for guests one day.
