I ordered this product based on a video I watched that gave tips for fine/thin hair care. I love the product, smell is not too strong, cleans my hair and adds volume. When I received the product it was sealed in a plastic shrink wrap but the top had been jarred loose and the wrap pierced during shipping. On receipt the inside of the mailer had lots of wet product inside. I returned the leaky bottle and didn't have the problem with the second shipment.
