Packaging: These things were packaged in plastic that was skin tight! I had to pick at them with scissors to get them free. There was no chance of leakage of any sort. Results: My hair is naturally thick, greasy, and I have a tendency to get build up easily so I have to switch shampoos often and wash every other day. I was recommended this brand from a tik tok hair stylist I love to watch and it's such an improvement. I can now go 3-4 days without washing and you would never tell. I could go longer, but 4 days is my max out of habit. My hair is soft, shiny, and lasts much better than any other drug store brand I've tried (I've tried a lot, btw, everything from dollar store to $25 shampoos and conditioners) ... show more

The conditioner was open and a small amount had leaked. In addition, having used this product in the past I knew what it should smell like. This bottle of conditioner smelled as thought it had gone rancid like oil sometimes does when kept too long. Will not order again. PS: You should take a lesson from Mrs. Meyers on how to ship liquids. Theirs are individually sealed so that nothing can escape and the item itself is taped shut. ... show more

This product was counterfeit. Does not smell like milkshake should smell. It's a clean scent and doesn't seem to have damaged my hair, but it's not true milkshake daily moisture or whatever.
