Love this product! My cat is afraid of his plastic crate. We decided to go with a more comfortable option. My cat is long and almost 20 pounds. He is able to fit in here comfortably while lying down. I love that he is able to approach it without freaking out!

I originally ordered this for my male cat who's too large for most plastic cat carriers, it ended up sitting in the back of a closet for a couple years until recently when my had gotten really sick and has had to go to the vet many times. I was used to using the plastic carriers I've used in the past where I've gotten scratched and bitten trying to get cats into them, this carrier is a breeze getting my cat in. After getting him in through the side a few times, my cat got wise and refused to go in that way so I tried plopping him in through the top and I've had no issues getting him in since. It feels very sturdy when carrying him, with the plastic carriers I've always worried about the handles breaking off but not with this one. It also stores away nicely when not in use. Switched from a plastic carrier and it makes it so much easier to transport my cat. She’s around 13lbs but doesn’t feel nearly as heavy as this. I like that she has many directions she can look out from and entering from the top was a breeze :)
