I really like the pulley cables that it is equipped with as it is very versatile for upper and lower movement exercises. However the cables do sit quite lose for some reason. It is very sturdy front to back, however side to side it is a bit more unstable when using other pieces of equipment. I did buy an extra attachment to store more weight plates but I do enjoy the attachments that come with as well. I had to switch the pull up bar to upside down as well to fit in my very short space. Still works great. Overall I give it a 5 for its quality and ease of assembly. Also great video the company supplies you with as well. ... show more

Was delivered in good shape and was not too hard to assemble. If you were into Lego's as a kid you'll be fine. The finished cage is pretty sturdy and the cable system works well. I'm a bit taller (6'4") and had to remove the chain from the cables and sit on the floor for some exercises to get a full range of motion. Not too hard to adjust to. My biggest gripe is the accessories they give you. They are thin hollow tubes that feel fragile when going heavier. The cable bar does not rotate making it difficult to do curls with and the T-bar started to bend and warp as soon as I used it on an Olympic bar for bent over rows; dangerous. Overall its a good value and I would recommend it. Just invest in better accessories. ... show more

I bought the Mikolo Power Cage about a month ago and I'm very pleased with it in just about every way. I did a lot of research considering the different lifting racks available on Amazon in my price range ($500-$600 USD) and the Mikolo rack was the best reviewed, most fully featured and well built at this price point in my opinion. It really has everything I need for the core exercises I do in my garage gym. The equipment arrived intact and not scratched at all. Mikolo did a great job packing the rack into two boxes. The pulley system feels sturdy, the attachments, while simple, don't feel cheap or flimsy. There is a slight tilt to the floating pulley which sometimes catches on my 45lbs plates, but that could be due more to how my grip weights are designed (they have a series of knobs that stick out farther than most plates) rather than a flaw in the engineering of the Power Rack. I've used every attachment, pull up bar, dip bar, landmine, weight storage, and barbell support and they all function perfectly. The whole rack feels refined and is not wobbly at all- which is a common complaint about several other competing rack manufacturers. I love that I can buy and use other standard 2” tube attachments without worrying that they won't fit. I suppose the only drawback I found was in deciphering the assembly instructions. They rely heavily on pictures rather than clearly worded directions, and the pictures were too small to see very well, but they were correct! All parts were provided by Mikolo and after I figured out how to understand the directions, assembly went smoothly. I was able to put the whole thing together by myself. Finally, the paint job (powder-coat?) is durable- I haven't scratched it yet- and the color is a beautiful shade of blue. I love it! I would totally buy it again but I won't need to because this rack is a tank. ... show more

I'm moving to this power cage after using a fitness reality xlt for several years. This cage is sturdy and handles weighted pullups, 300lb squats, etc without issues like sliding or tilting. The holes are are nicely marked with cut in numbers to keep track of where you set your attachments (it fits 2x2 attachments). The barbell and weight holders are great to have built in for convenience and work properly aka they aren't tilted or have stuff sliding off. Then the number of attachments it comes with is excellent to get you started using the cable system. Speaking of which the cable system is smooth and does not squeak or "catch" when using it. It rolls in every direction you need it to. The only downsides are that the the spotter arms aren't the best at only a 200lbs each with a skinny insert rod that makes them tilt a bit, and that the carabiner clips on the cables will sometimes get stuck closed if you use heavy weights. I still recommend this cage for the value and build quality since it can be further upgraded with 2X2 attachments. It should last many years and be reliable for getting properly swole. P.S. The assembly is much easier if you follow the directions on their YouTube video. ... show more

Tired of your out-of-shape, social anxiety, mind-your-own-business going to the gym only to find out you're being invasively recorded by some "Influencer?" Look no more, this product is here for you! It really is sturdy enough as an entry point. Albeit, I don't power lift or compete, I can easily push 205 lbs on Bench without feeling unsafe. It doesn't wobble, and doesn't feel like It's going to collapse on you. But again, I haven't pushed anything further than 300 lbs. If I wanted to be picky, I'd say I would push back the lat pulldown attachment maybe a few inches back. This way, I could use the inner cage for incline Bench. But I use safe practice not to get myself "caught" in sticky situations. As far as the Lat pulldown attachment, it's solid. When you assemble the product, you might feel a bit paranoid because it's swaying; but once you assemble everything together, it's pretty sturdy. I also don't slam the weight after each set, so I wouldn't know how it performs on a "torture test." This machine also has a row attachment which works on the same cables of the lat pulldown. It does the job, and doesn't "pull" the cables on the other end feeling an awkward resistance. If I were to critique this area a bit, I would say the same as the prior; where I would push the lat pulldown a bit further back; but other than that, I simultaneously jump from lat pulldown to rows on my back day. My millionaire friend advised against this and advised to get the $6000 ones from big sources; but who has the money for that. Really. For what I need this, it does the job. And the best part is, I can work out in my boxers and don't need to be filmed in public gyms. ... show more
