Decent for the price, and good design.
Style Name: Power Cage Only
Color: Blue
Good for the price, but then you get what you pay for. Some parts were bent, which sort of makes the rack a little lob-sided, it's fine when the screws were tightened, but you can tell if you look at it from the front, doesn't affect using the rack. It's one from the top piece, and one from the bottom piece. Easy to assemble, the length of the cables are mislabeled in the instructions, but you can just use judgement and tell when you look at all the parts yourself. Same with the screws, there were different types included, but more of one than the other were packaged, but still worked the same. I'm 5'3", so this short cage is perfect. I can reach the pull-up without jumping. The placement of the weight holders are great, other cages have them attached to the cage itself and it gets in the way. One side, the plastic piece at the front of the holder didn't let the plates slide on, I had to shove them in, and sand them down so the plates could fit in smoothly. comes in 2 boxes, a long thin one and short bigger one. Box 2 arrived very beat up, (could be from the delivery itself), but the contents are packaged securely and very well that nothing was damaged from delivery.

Not bad, but could be better.
Style Name: Power Cage Only
Color: Red
Edit: I updated this to 5 stars after 1 month. The issues listed below still remain in terms of improvements that could be made, because nothing is perfect, but the product itself serves its purpose well. You can throw some decent weight on it, it adds a significant amount of variety to your home gym, and most importantly it’s relatively affordable. Again, just understand you wouldn’t put this in a commercial gym. This was simple to put together. Everything was there and the instructions were relatively easy to understand, though it could be improved. As for the rack itself, it does the job. It holds weight, doesn’t wobble, and expands my exercise options. That being said, there is room for improvement. The pull up bars are a little narrow for my tastes. A 1 inch tube should have been used. Also, it’s fairly short for a rack. I’m 6’1”, so pull ups require a significant knee bend. I need another 2 feet or so. The accessories that came with it could also be better quality. For instance the t-bar row handle warped out of shape (see picture) upon first use with 90lbs on it. Not sure if it’s a metal quality or thickness issue, but I imagine it shouldn’t bend on first use. Aside from the issues above, it’s a good rack for the price. I’m not stocking a pro gym or fitness center so it fits my needs. You can spend a lot more for a lot less if you want a rogue or sorinex rack. This gets the job done for a home gym.

Great starter home gym cage
Style Name: Power Cage Only
Color: Blue
Overall this power cage is great. I wanted to build my own home gym to get away from paying a membership fee to one of the big commercial gyms. This power cage was constructed strong enough to do just that. I have been able to complete all my workouts at home with a few modifications to some exercises. I was a little timid to buy this when I saw there was no lap bar for using the lat pull down feature, like the lat pull down machines I have used in commercial gyms. Turns out I engage my core without the lap bar so I have been pushed to do better with this cage. I still stand by giving this product a 5 star for the usability and sturdiness but the only major downside I had was the instructions. Hardest set of instructions I have ever read. Still not sure if I set it up exactly as intended but seems sturdy enough for me so far and I have been using this for all my workouts the last couple of months. Again, overall great product but look for the video instructions online and get yourself a nice ratcheting socket wrench to complete the build.

I recently purchased the Mikolo Pulldown System, and I have been thoroughly impressed with its performance and versatility. As someone who enjoys working out at home, I was in search of a compact yet efficient training equipment, and the Mikolo Pulldown System fit the bill perfectly. First and foremost, I was impressed with the build quality of this product. The pulley system is sturdy and well-constructed, capable of handling heavy loads without any wobbling or instability. The cables are thick and durable, giving me confidence in their longevity even with consistent use. Additionally, the included attachments, such as the landmine and the rope, provide a variety of exercise options to target different muscle groups. Setting up the pulldown system was relatively straightforward. The instructions provided were clear and easy to follow, allowing me to assemble it without any major issues. The compact design makes it suitable for small spaces, and the adjustable height feature ensures that it can accommodate users of different heights and exercise preferences. The Mikolo Pulldown System offers an excellent solution for individuals looking to enhance their home gym setup.
