I have had this for a month now and will say it is well worth the money. It fits nicely in my small workout room and I love how smooth the pulleys are. I would keep a can of gun oil or wd-40 close so you can maintain the smootness of the cables, but I have no complaints at all. This is the best machine out there! I love that I now have an entire gym within feet of my living room. I've used the pullys in every form lat pulldowns, biceps curls, rows, tricep pulls, chest flys etc no issues at all, I've Benched 250lbs with no issues racking it or using the safety catches, The dip bar and pull up bar work flawlessly, this thing feels sturdy and safe during every lift. Best rack out there! Easy to put together too, I'd recommend using your own tools though, the ones it comes with are not very user friendly.

I couldn’t be happier with my purchase of the Mikolo HR05 Ultra—this thing is a total game-changer! From the moment it arrived (earlier than expected, by the way!), I knew I was in for something special. The packaging was flawless—nothing missing, nothing damaged. Assembly? Surprisingly smooth! I tackled it solo in just 3.5 hours, and the instructions were super clear. The rack itself is compact, solid, and brilliantly designed to maximize space without sacrificing functionality. It’s like the Swiss Army knife of home gym equipment! I did hit a small snag with the upgraded aluminum pulleys getting lost in shipping, but the seller blew me away with their customer service. They responded after hours on a Saturday (seriously impressive!) and had replacements shipped out in no time. Now that I’ve been using it for two weeks, I can confidently say: I LOVE THIS RACK! It’s perfect for the whole family—from kids to adults—and thanks to the independent dual pulley system, multiple people can use it at once without getting in each other’s way. Before I proceed I have to say that they have a great customer service. I'm sure they're not here in the US but they get back to people in a timely manner. Something that must be clear and kept in mind is that this is for home use therefore you can't expect to have the stability of the regular gym equipment. Mine is sitting on a 1/2" rubber mat and it is pretty stable. Another factor is that I'm only 154lbs so it doesn't shake too much due to my weight. Assembly is pretty simple. With the help of the instructions and a video from YouTube, was an easy task. Quality - I'll give it a 9 from 1 to 10. The reason why is the paint starts to chip off too soon from the safety bars. Nothing wrong with that because it doesn't affect the performance of them. Another reason why is a 9, is because the thread of the nuts that are built into the frame where you can store the weight plates, was stripped and couldn't tighten up the screws. I must say that I contacted the manufacturer and they corrected the issue. Actually, I was very surprised and happy with the way they handled it. I won't get into details. Performance - I'll give it a 9. Again, considering this a home power rack, is somewhat narrower than the regular gym equipment, making it feel weird when doing chest exercises like the one where you set the handles all the way to the top. Pull ups are uncomfortable too due to the short length of the bar and the steep angle at the ends. I feel my hands start to slide down due to the steep angle. It's not the end of the world, at least for me, but if you have a wider frame then it's going to feel way worse. The same thing happens with the lat pull down bar that comes with it, steep angles and kind of short. I decided to remove the feet attachment to do row exercises. This could be just because I don't have too much room in the bedroom where I set it up but I did notice that the range of motion is too short. The angle of the attachment pretty much limits you to do the exercises seated on the floor. Cannot do it sitting on the bench. The rollers are pretty smooth and even though they tend to tangle from time to time. It's just a matter of untangling them and they work fine. I've noticed this with the heavy plates, 45's though. Other than that, I'm happy with the purchase which I've had for the past three months. I love cable exercises because of the constant tension on the eccentric part of the movement. I also like it because I was able to do rack pulls again and perform a series of exercises that I couldn't do before the purchase. One thing to add, when doing rack pulls I use a couple of pcs of plywood to bring my knees to the correct height. This is because of the location of the first holes on the rack. As you can see, you have to play with it and be a little creative, but it is a nice rack. Would definitely recommend it despite the above mentioned. A gym membership these days is around 50 bucks, at least here in NYC so do the math. I hope this review is of any help for those thinking about getting it. Thanks !!!

Perfect for my home gym upgrade. This rack is well built and has nice stability. I was able to assemble it myself after taking the individual pieces out of the boxes. I recommend using actual tools and not the simple tool included. The cable system is smooth and easily adjusts to perform a variety of exercises. The addition of a bench, Olympic weight bar, and weights will fill in the rest of the exercises to get a varied full body workout.

Very happy with this product. It took a few hours to set up with my wife, but it was all pretty straight forward with clear dkrevtions. All the needed parts were included and it actually has more features than I was expecting when I bought it. Very versatile for the cost. Only negative is some of the plastic parts feel cheap and the weight holders are a little unstable but keep the weights in place. Overall, worth the cost.

Holy cow this is a great product. This has completely redone how I approach my workouts. The dual pulley system is a game changer. If I had to be picky, if you load plates only on one side of the pulley, it doesn’t slide smooth but no issue for me cause I have enough plates to load on both sides. The assembly was super easy however I would highly recommend using a drill because I can’t imagine having to tighten all the bolts by hand. I think that’s why it went by really fast for me. The picture shows a landmine attachment which it comes with but doesn’t come with the bar to attach to the barbell. All good though. The packaging was done really well and only came with one minor scratch which doesn’t bother me cause it’s meant to workout with not look good in my garage. Lastly, one of the pulleys doesn’t not slide up and down smoothly but I added some WD40 and it works like a charm. The rack is really sturdy when I do pull-ups and the size fits perfectly on my side of the two car garage. I am so glad I purchased this power rack.

Bang for you buck budget rack, I picked this out of all the amazon and others. I bought the rack with aluminum pulleys for roughly $600 as of spring of 2025. The normal non promo price is $800, if you wait a week or two they are always running this promo and would highly suggest waiting just watch for it. Back to the actual review. Is this not a $3000 Rough rack! But is this the best out of a the under $1000, from what research i did for about a month! Aluminum pulleys all run smooth, i did not try the plastic, but for a $100 on initial purchase vs $200 if you want to upgrade later on they are on there actual website. Assembly, all machining holes were spot on and besides 2 holes with Red over spray drip but no big deal. The instructions are 9 pages and you really need to pay attention to what they are saying in the photos. I was a B level auto tech and I was watching Youtube an assembled this on a Saturday night and it took me over 2 hours to assemble with an adjustable wrench and a 17mm wrench. Could I have done it way faster yes but it was tedious. Also the instructions are in box 2 not 1, that had me confused for a couple minutes. Shipping everything came in with in a week of purchase. Box 2 came and the pulleys came in 7 business days and Box 1 came on the 8th business day which was a Monday. Couple nicks in shipping, to be expected. If you are a welder they are china welds but fully assembled it seems very sturdy and would not be worried at all putting weight on this thing. Again not a all american rack your not going to be Ronnie Colman on this rack but it will get you on the road there 2 years from now. It does have a large footprint in my eyes but its not a wall mounted. As of day 1 I have 0 complaints.

Firstly the packaging and care for every part in this was awesome. I’ve rarely ever had orders this heavy where all the parts are perfectly fine. I read reviews about there being dents and scratches but I didn’t see a single one on every piece that I’ve opened so far. Packaging was perfect. And everything was going smooth too , everything was lining up, everything appears to be here as well. But then I ran into something mid-build that’s pretty bad. The back support bar and the bottom bar that connects the base do not sit flush with the each other. It’s bad because that’s what is supposed to help keep the equipment stable and in one spot when using the pulleys. I was counting on it so I can load a ton of plates to keep it stable. Now essentially that bar is literally sitting and being supported by a single bolt so since the bolt is round and not flat, the support bar is bending both ways because it has room to tilt. And this is fully tightened and without weight on it as well. So there’s no way I would trust putting heavy plates on that support bar if they are just sitting on top of a single bolt. It sucks because everything else seemed perfectly fine and I was excited to use it. I tried contacting the seller through but amazons AI assistant thing doesn’t let me do anything except for select from pre selected responses so I’m not sure how to. If the seller sees this, is there a way to maybe get a fix for it or something. I really don’t want to return it since everything else seems fine but I cant use the pulleys as intended now so it wouldn’t worth it for me at this price
