Took me about 4 hours to put together by myself. Instructions are picture only, but very easy to follow. I recommend a partner for some parts if available, but one person can handle the project. I also recommend a ratchet and socket or ratcheting wrenches over the included wrenches they provide for the build. It’ll help with time and will be easier to build. Once completed, the cage seems very solid and sturdy. All moving parts seem to move smooth and without any problems. I will be adding a silicone based lubricant as recommended to the guide rod and pulley system, which should make things even better. Can do so many different exercises, and I will be cancelling my gym membership soon. Being able to do almost every necessary exercise with this one cage is great. Now just waiting on my bench with leg extension/curl attachment to complete the home gym and help me save money on a membership. Highly recommended! And looks great!

Off the bat I give it 5 stars! Shipping: Ordered March 6th. Delivered March 10th. BOTH boxes! As many people will notice, boxes can arrive a little beat up. But riding on the floor of FedEx/UPS trucks for those days can do that. Nothing was damaged and all parts were there. NOTE: both boxes are heavier. Team lift if you are very strong in the core or back. Lift with your legs! Assembly: Not too bad! Instructions make you think a little bit. But the parts are listed and marked in each bag. Meaning each part is wrapped in plastic with a letter and number on them. Hardware is in separate boxes too, also lettered and tells you how many of each you have. Each STEP to assembly will list the parts you need and how many of each. It’s one STEP per PAGE. Makes it easier. All in all it took my lady and I 3 hours to put together. Durability: Okay this is what a lot of people worry about. It is DURABLE. 2x2 steel uprights. There’s plates that go around the bottom to secure it even more after bolted together. Does not move much. Sure you’ll have a TINY bit of shake when you’re doing pull-ups. But other than that not much! Functionality: The cables it comes with actually are awesome. Seem commercial gym quality. I got the plastic pulleys since I see no need for aluminum. You can put some 3 in 1 oil on them to suit your needs if be. I like the landmine attachment. You can put that either side of the rack, chose a hole. Most of the attachments it comes with are actually nice. I got aftermarket VBAR for pushdowns and a different lat pull down attachment and D handles. Theres enough space between uprights to bench press inside the cage. Conclusion: I really like this rack. I think it is a great buy. Heavy duty and very nice to add to a home gym. I was a little hesitant on it as to just how sturdy and how it would perform at that price range. But, it exceeds expectations. I’m sure it will with you too!!

This squat rack has lasted over a year of constant use. The assembly was easy and gave me no issues. A great budget option. The only this that has been a slight annoyance is sometimes the pulley carrying the weights gets stuck onto the washer-spring combo and requires a slight nudge to unstick. Makes you think the weight is heavier until you realize its just stuck, lol. But other than that, no complaints and comes all the attachments that you need for a great workout.

Great value for the money. I have been using this for several months now with no significant issues. It is a great all in one system. I got Hamstring Curl Squat Rack Attachment to help with heavier lat workouts. I also got the aluminum pulleys to better support heavier weighted lifts. My only complaint with the cage is that the trolly's max weight is supposedly 1,500 lbs but there's no way you can actually fit that many plates on the trolly bars. This is a misleading advertisement. It's a 2:1 pulley system so you need to double the weight for any exercise versus what you're used to at the gym. I only had bumper plates and found I couldn't physically fit enough of them on the trolly bars to get heavier lifts in (150lbs+ actual pulling weight). The average 45lbs bumper plate for example is 2.3-2.5 inches thick. The bars for the trolly are about 8'' each side. So you can really only fit 6 x 45lbs bumper plates on this and maybe some small 10-15 lbers one each side. So do the math, 270/2 is only 135 is pulling weight. Because of this, I recommend using cast iron slimmer plates if you want to go heavy. CAP barbell sells their 45 lbs iron plates that are only 1.2'' thick. So you could get up to 540lbs using those. Still not 1500 lbs though... I wish they had a better trolly system to actually support the weight they advertised or at least make it more practical for heavier lifting.

Bought this in March of 2025. Am reviewing now because I wanted to use it for a bit to make sure I was posting truths. There are so many similar Cage systems and so many reviews, hard to tell which one was real, so took a chance on this one. Was a great purchase, got all the boxes and all parts (Nothing missing) and didn't appear to have any damage other than superficial on the boxes only. Assembly went fairly easy within about 3 hours with my daughter. I did put the back vertical piece where the weights go up and down from pulley system backwards. Instructions were a little fuzzy there, but if you look close enough, it was my error. Once complete, this thing is a solid home gym. I have been using about 3 times a week since assembly and really have not had any issues with the system or the accessories. I think the only issue I have is on the small pull down attachment, the grips on the ends turn and try and come off so I have to push them back after each rep. Very happy with this purchase so far.

We have been on the hunt for awhile, looking for a great all in 1 power rack. This rack fits perfectly in our garage with limited space. I especially like that you have multiple options when it comes to the pull-up bar, as we had very little wiggle room. The set up was fairly easy, and took a few hours. While I did have extra hands available, I was able to set the rack up completely by myself, with no issues. I highly recommend having a socket wrench and ratchet available as that made tightening the bolts much easier to do. Everything went together smoothly, and the cable aspect works perfectly! A few things to point out. The weight holder is wobbly, even after tightening the bolts. I think it is because the metal is very short and does not come the full length of the base (see photo/video). This does cause it to feel very unstable when adding and removing weight. Planning on only using for small weights. The foot board for cable rows also has a flaw. There is not way to keep it from falling over when bumped, and as a person that like to workout barefoot, it is a concern for my feet. I tried installing upside down, but then there isn't a way to utilize the foot holder for situps. This is just a minor convenience and doesn't hinder the performance of the rack at all. Just more of a personal preference. TL;DR Great rack for smaller spaces. Easy to set up/build. Multiple heights for pull-up bar. Weight holder is wobbly. Footboard is not fully secure. Watch you toes!

Ordered this power cage thinking it would be ok. Assembly requires two people. Instructions are nice and clear. Had an issue with one of the uprights where there was a cracked weld. Contacted mikolo and they quickly resolved my issue by sending me a replacement with in 3 days. Let me tell you this machine does it all. Bench press, squats, pull ups. Has a landmine, dips different attachments. Couldn’t be happier. Time to get shredded
