If you’re like me and back day is your absolute favorite day of the week, you need this machine. The support it provides is top-notch. It kept my spine stable and supported throughout the entire movement, allowing me to actually focus on the muscles I’m trying to hit instead of worrying about my lower back giving out. I ordered it around 12/12 it arrived 12/20 not bad for this time of the year. It was easy to put together , except for the big seat , its easier putting the seat on before that step in the directions , or your going to be on your back , then i tilted the machine upright so i could do it in a more upright position. Put all the bolts in then tighten them up so you can adjust the bolts to fit the holes to make the seat go on easier not hardly any tolerance they have to be lined up perfectly, its the smoothest leg extension i had ever used. When bolting the plate holder make sure it’s angled up , to keep the plates from moving while your using it. It will take up a 4ft x 4 ft space or a 4 ft by 5 ft space as long as no machines are in the way when your legs are extended. I usually feel scrunched up using leg extensions and leg curls . I like the big wide seat.

Amazing machine to really isolate your back. Machine hits your back in multiple angles with various grips. Best of all it completely relieves lower back involvement. Must buy for both beginner and advanced lifters!!! You can go super heavy and can go to failure safely. The build is of super quality and it doesn't take up much space. I'm super happy I got this piece for my home gym. Must buy!!

If you buy anything from Mikolo, keep in mind that you will be COMPLETELY on your own. They refuse to respond to messages on their website; the 'live chat' is only a clickbait link to their FAQ; they refuse to answer emails; and they hang up on you if you call. So if you buy from them, you'd better hope its' 100%, because how can you ask any questions, receive any assistance, or return it within the 30-day return window if they do nothing but ghost you?
