It does a great job isolating the back, the movement feels smooth, and it’s become one of my favorite pieces for rowing variations. One thing I really like is that it doesn’t take up much space. As you can see from the photo, my home gym isn’t very large, so every foot matters. This machine fits in nicely without making the room feel crowded. Assembly took me about 1–1.5 hours, but that’s probably faster than most since I own a gym equipment installation business (Houston Gym Assembly) and put equipment like this together regularly. If you’re like me and back day is your absolute favorite day of the week, you need this machine. I’ve struggled with back problems for a while, and finding equipment that allows me to go heavy without causing a flare-up is nearly impossible. This Mikolo Linear Row machine is the answer. The support it provides is top-notch. It kept my spine stable and supported throughout the entire movement, allowing me to actually focus on the muscles I’m trying to hit instead of worrying about my lower back giving out. I honestly could not believe the pump I got using this for the first time. The range of motion is smooth and the isolation is unlike anything I’ve felt with standard rows or cables. I left the gym feeling like my back was twice as wide, and most importantly, I felt zero of the usual aches and pains afterward. Professional Recommendation: I build gyms for people in their homes, and I am always on the lookout for pieces that offer the best "bang for your buck" in terms of safety and results. This machine is great to completely isolate your back. Easier to safely work till failure on heavy bent over rows over the traditional way. Assembly was easy, quality is good for the price.     • It’s the nicest leg extension , leg curl machine i had ever owned.

I ordered it around 12/12 it arrived 12/20 not bad for this time of the year. It was easy to put together , except for the big seat , its easier putting the seat on before that step in the directions , or your going to be on your back , then i tilted the machine upright so i could do it in a more upright position. Put all the bolts in then tighten them up so you can adjust the bolts to fit the holes to make the seat go on easier not hardly any tolerance they have to be lined up perfectly, its the smoothest leg extension i had ever used. When bolting the plate holder make sure it’s angled up , to keep the plates from moving while your using it. It will take up a 4ft x 4 ft space or a 4 ft by 5 ft space as long as no machines are in the way when your legs are extended. I usually feel scrunched up using leg extensions and leg curls .
