I been having this product for 4 weeks. I overall am satisfied but issue is when I am using the shoulder press feature the deltoid handles get on the way a little when I am coming down on the shoulder press. I have fo turn the handles to the outside and I barely avoid hitting them. I assembled this on my own. When I unboxed the product and laid them out it was overwhelming as it took up most of one garage space. It was not too difficult to assembled but takes a lot of time. I recommend having someone to help to speed up the process. I disagree though that it is easy to assemble due to the time it takes. I say it is sturdy and of compact size where space is à premium with me. For what I paid, I am happy with the value and suits my needs.

I took a chance on buying this as I am 6 foot 3 and 275lbs. It was a great deal, not overly hard to put together but the use of this is perfect. I fit great and use this weekly for the pressing and the side raise. I even use this for my rear delts. Worth the buy. Just be careful over overly tightening all the bolts as an impact will bend the tube steel if you get over zealous.

I have a well-equipped home gym, so I have a lot of experience buying and assembling fitness machines. This machine was reasonably easy to assemble. Quality is good. Both the lateral raise and the shoulder/overhead press work well. Enable me to blast my delts and get a really good pump. I highly recommend this.
