I took a chance on buying this as I am 6 foot 3 and 275lbs. It was a great deal, not overly hard to put together but the use of this is perfect. I fit great and use this weekly for the pressing and the side raise. I even use this for my rear delts. Worth the buy. Just be careful over overly tightening all the bolts as an impact will bend the tube steel if you get over zealous.

I shoulder press 4 plates on each side with no problem at all, very smooth and amazing range of motion allowing you to get a deep stretch without the lower side raises being in the way. It comes very well packed. And its pretty easy to assemble. The install hardware and equipment is of good quality. And its designed to assemble easily. Every piece fit together with no fighting or modifying to make it work. Every piece lines up perfectly with the holes for the screws. Once completed, it looks aesthetically pleasing. It doesn't look cheap at all. And is comfortable to use. In my opinion, It may not be too good for someone 6' and taller though. Overall i was so happy i purchased another piece of equipment of the same brand.

I have a well-equipped home gym, so I have a lot of experience buying and assembling fitness machines. This machine was reasonably easy to assemble. Quality is good. Both the lateral raise and the shoulder/overhead press work well. Enable me to blast my delts and get a really good pump. I highly recommend this.

This machine does the job !! Let me start with its very sturdy and stable even with 300 pounds loaded on it for pressing. The lateral raises take some getting used to especially if you’re a bigger person (muscle or just bigger) but they are a great option to have. Instructional information is pretty good except for the pins and lock out bar on the press piece but it’s not rocket science figuring it out. Overall for the money I think it’s a steal. I’ve been using it a couple months and has become a staple on shoulder day in my home gym

This is a worthy addition to your home gym IF you pa under $300. Its not worth a high price tag. The machine works: you will need to figure out the best ROM and seat depth and height angles. That being said, the lateral raise aspect of the machine is subpar. The movement is jenky, and the resistance curve is subpar. I am 5-9, weight 193lbs. Male for point of reference. I have loaded up 140lbs on each side and the shoulder press aspect operated properly. However, the ROM will depend on your seat height and seat depth. Overall, this is a very budget item. If you pay more than $300, you will be upset. Will I keep it longterm? Likely no.
