I highly doubt that you are going to find a solid 3x3, 1 inch rack for a better price than this! Sure, the steel on the uprights isn't as thick as a rogue rack, but that won't affect your lifts one bit. You get a great set of j-hooks, spotter straps, a multi-grip pull up bar among the other accessories, and you can't beat that. I had a small hardware issue and received a quick response from the mikolo customer service team. If your looking for a cost effective rack with just about unlimited accessory options you're not going to find a better deal than this one for the price.

good rack，It was well packaged. The bracket extending from the lower left corner is from another 3x3 rack that I bought, and I modified the holes to install it. This makes the rack much more stable, because without this part, the upper half of the rack is indeed heavier than the lower half. With this added bracket, it becomes noticeably more stable.

I researched for quite a while before buying this rack. I wanted something sturdy for my son, I wanted a 3x3 rack so I wouldn't have to buy something better later on down the road. I'm real happy with my decision to go with this cage. I was kind of nervous cuz there wasn't a lot of reviews on Amazon, and I couldn't find many videos for this rack on YouTube. It took me in my 15-year-old son 2 hours to put it together, came packaged nicely in two separate boxes both intact nothing was missing and easy to read instructions. Only negative I can think is it came with these four monster bolts and I don't have any sockets that big so I'm going to have to go to home Depot and grab one. Two of the bolts are for the pull-up bar and two of the bolts are for the barbell stand.

Fantastic piece of equipment. Fit and finish are excellent. All the assembly components were present and instructions are a breeze to follow. I was able to assemble it alone in around 30 minutes. The packaging actually took longer to deal with. Which is not a bad thing it's extremely well protected for shipment. Overall the only thing I'm not 100% on is the jhooks. Those are a bit oversized and awkward when unracking weight. For less than $500 you'll have a very hard time finding a higher quality cage.

EDIT: I have dropped this down to a 2-star because I now realize I either got an incomplete package or one that was misleading based on the product photos. It seems I am missing a lower bar, got one of two different pull up bars they may include, and also do not have the lat pulldown system. Because I do not have the lat pull down, I began researching options for add on equipment from Mikolo. This led me to find that they either have stopped making it (even though its on their site for this rack/P5 rack and ordered the cheap one that can hang on any rack. This is how I found that I simply got an incomplete product that was likely resold. Not only does missing that lower support not allow this frame to be properly supported. This rack is incompatible with almost every lat pull I have found. This cage brings a great value for the price. The highlights include, 1" diameter holes that are compatible with any 1" diameter square post attachment. 11 gauge steel. Ample bracing across the rack. Solid J hooks and a decent landmine. My kit came with the rack, a pull up bar, landmine attachment, 4 pegs for attaching bands, 2 j hooks, 2 safety straps and attachments, a bar storage tube, and 2 weight plate storage pegs. The design allows you to lift both inside the rack or on the outside, however, the included safeties will only support lifting inside the rack. If you were thinking about lifting on the outside of the rack you will need to purchase support arms, however, if you are considering this I would highly recommend bolting the cage down, adding weight with sandbags at the back supports, or doing a safety line to the wall. While the cage is heavy duty, its very easy to upend depending on how you have the weight distributed or if you plan on using a TRX strap on the pullup bar. The thickness of the steel was a huge selling point for me as most racks that provide 11 gauge steel are significantly more expensive for the exact same setup. The finish is very nice when it arrives, but I would not expect it to hold up. Within the first few uses, even when being gentle, moving the J hooks around scratches or chips the finish. This could become an issue overtime for the numbering as they are not laser cut into the posts, but personally I felt the cost savings were worth this sacrifice. Some of my finish arrived chipped in areas, but were not worth making a fuss over. The J hooks and plate holders are a combination of plastic and steel. The J hooks have plastic sandwiched in between the steel to help protect the finish of your bar, which is nice. I was a bit worried about the plate holder durability at first, but the steel reinforced insert made that disappear and I imagine they will last just fine. The pull up bar on my kit has multiple grip angles with knurling and is slightly elevated compared to the top of the rack which is both a pro and a con. The bends create a pullup position similar to a lat pulldown bar, but this is also the lowest point of the pullup bar. While you can still get a full range of motion, you will need to bend your knees to not touch the ground. At the higher grip points you may not need to if you are shorter than 5' 11". The pullup bar is heavy duty and works just fine but I have a couple gripes with it. For a standard pull up, palms facing forward there is no knurling. I also feel it could be slightly wider, however that would also require the rack to be wider. Pros: Price, 11 gauge steel, decent finish on arrival, good welds, quality parts included. Cons: Finish is weak/brittle, scratches easily, some slight dents/dings on arrival, pullup bar design needs work, numbering is painted on not laser cut. In the end of the day, if you are looking for a solid, well built 4 post rack with 11 gauge steel, I do not think you will find a better option at this price point.
