This is a good buy if you are on a budget. If you have a small space (10x12 shed), you can have a very functional home gym with this rack. Jammer arms, dip, lat attachment, leg extension , weight and barbell storage all are great additions. You will need to make sure that you have some weight to counter balance if you are using jammer arms in high position. What's good: alot for just above $1K. Customer service is responsive granted it's all via message or emails. Very easy to put together with adjustable wrenches, channel lock pliers and socket set. I tried all the different exercises for the jammer arms, some were great some were not. I was definitely sore which is a good feeling. Love the pullup ladder. Lat attachment is decent, but you must lubricate it to minimize the plastic sleeve from wearing down. Not so good: plastic sleeves on the weight carrier for the lat attachment. Jammer Arms were loose. They wiggled and felt very loose. Why I am giving a 5 star: customer support is great. My lat attachment and leg extension had missing parts. They sent it to me immediately. Mentioned the loose jammer arms and they were quick to provide resolution. I know that this is not one of the more expensive name brand 11 gauge steel rack that alone would cover the purchase of 2 of theses complete package. But I'm happy with it, my son invites his friends over to work out because it's that functional. Update: I've had this for 3 weeks. I purchased bolts with wing nuts to use instead of the pins for the jammer arms. 100% these do not wiggle anymore. They feel solid. I also used some Teflon based lube on the pulleys and weight carrier for lat, they feel smoother. That is the only weak area of this setup. Will use it until it's worn and then will look to a different lat attachment. I would buy this again and would recommend to anyone on a budget. Just know that for most people this is more than enough to provide a good workout. I'll update on the lat attachment over time. To resolve the looseness of jammer arms i add the flat washers in the pics.

After using it for a while, I can say it’s just as good as some of the way more expensive racks out there. Build Quality – Rock Solid This thing is built like a tank. The 3x3-inch, 13-gauge steel frame makes it super sturdy, and I confirmed the measurements myself. There’s no wobbling or shaking, even when lifting heavy. Plus, the 1-inch hole spacing makes adjusting attachments easy and precise. Attachments – Tons of Options One of the best things about this rack is all the attachments that come with it: ✔ Jammer Arms – Awesome for explosive presses and rows. ✔ Lat Pulldown & Low Row (Plate Loaded) – Works smoothly and adds a lot of back workout options. ✔ Dip Bar – Sturdy and comfortable to use. ✔ Multi-Grip Pull-Up Bar – Different grip options for variety. ✔ Landmine Attachment – Great for presses and rotational exercises. ✔ Band Pegs – Perfect for adding resistance bands. ✔ Safety Belts & J-Hooks – Strong and reliable. Was looking for a budget 3x3 power rack and this looked like the best option after alot of shopping around. You get alot of extras for the price as well. Only took a few hours to assemble by myself with very few tools. I didn't have a client wrench big enough for the big nuts and bolts so I used some big channel locks and vice grips I had to make due. That might be the only think you might have trouble with during assembly so you might have to buy a big Cresent wrench. The bolts need to be that big based off of the location so I understand why they did it that way but it's much larger than most common nuts and bolts so a regular tool set probably won't have anything large enough but a couple Cresent wrenches or channel locks aren't a big expense considering the value of this setup. The other bolts were a 19mm which is in most common tool sets so you should have that if you have your own tools. I like how you don't need alot of tools to assemble it though because most people don't have alot of tools like I do so if you don't have any you don't need to buy much just maybe a 19mm and 3/4 wrench and 2 large Cresent wrenches and you can put the entire thing together. All the parts were in great condition. No scratches or burrs at all. Was impressed with the quality control for the price. This thing is very sturdy as well. I haven't bolted it to the ground and I've racked 255 pounds on the inside and outside of the rack and it didn't budge. It's a very solid rack. Was very impressed by the company and will keep them in mind for future gym equipment purchases for sure. I got mine at $600 with a coupon. I've seen the price fluctuate a little on this and as the company grows so will the price so I'm glad I got it when I did because your not going to find a 3x3 power rack that can compete with this deal for the price.

While this power cage is constructed from 14 gauge stock, the true 3x3" frame with 1" inch holes on 2" spacing is solid and enables the use of the massive ecosystem of parts and attachments associated with that size and spacing. I'm very pleased with my purchase. Mikolo was very responsive to my request for more information and a missing brace (arrived within days). I highly recommend this system.
